Unicorn Digital Courtroom is built using Azure Communication Services (ACS) and works with Microsoft Teams to create one, singular platform that can be seamlessly accessed across various devices. Its functionality has been optimised with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to ensure strong communication, video operation, and SMS delivery.

Our digital courtroom enables courts, hearing boards and government agencies conduct of face-to-face online sessions with elevated controls and features configured to their requirements. It allows participants to attend a virtual court session, in which they can interact with the judge through a live video stream using a browser or an application via a laptop, tablet or smart phone. Participants can easily attend the court session using a webcam device (with input and output audio settings) and an internet connection or alternatively dial-in using a phone number to connect to the remote hearing.

The interoperability of our systems enables us to create custom applications that connect users to Microsoft Teams meetings.
