As an institution under MFIPPA, requested footage will be analysed according to the legislation and access may be granted in full, partial or denied in its entirety. You will receive a written response explaining our decision and notification of a refund issued if you are denied access.

Responses to the applicant will be sent by secure download link from Axon-Evidence.com via email.  We endeavour to respond within 30 days of the request with the exception of an extension pursuant to the legislation.
