The Cinelight Junior Fresnel 2000W is using a series of aluminum extrusions and aluminum corrosion castings for the housing to quickly dissipate the heat that comes from the light bulb therefore increasing the lamp's life. The amount of time needed for the fixture to cool down is reduced so it's easier to handle.

Being one of the workhorses of the industry, the Fresnel Junior 2000W can be used for music videos and movie productions, interviews, studio lighting. The fixture can act as main subject light, background light, accent light, contour / rim light and can be placed anywhere a powerful lamphead is required. This Fresnel light is commonly used on TV and film production sets. The Fresnel Junior 2000W can be equipped with a Chimera speed-ring adapter and softbox to obtain a diffused fill light.

The high quality Fresnel lens with short focal length and wide angles increases the light output and delivers superior optical performance. The adjustable focus from spot (13°) to flood (60°) makes it easy to obtain the desired intensity or beam width.

Bought 4 of these 2kw Fresnel's. One fixture was delivered with a cracked lens (most probably due to how DPD handled the delivery). Alex from Cinelight customer support promptly replied to my claim and send me a replacement lens which arrived after two days at my door. Lights are build at high standards and perform very well. Way way better at all points than other similar China lights that I have tried. Cinelight support is A+! Give 4 stars because 5 are for originals ;-)
