Dr. Kelly Tran was born in Vietnam and has lived in Edmonton for most of her life. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Alberta. From there, Dr. Tran attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, completing her Doctor of Optometry in 2008. She completed her clinical training at the Eye Institute of Philadelphia, with a focus on pediatrics, and at the New Jersey VA Hospital.
