We perform a full inspection in-house on component and assembly characteristics according to customers’ specifications including MTF, field of view, transmission, reflectivity, effective focal length (EFL), distortion, field curvature, astigmatism, etc.  We ensure the performance of each IR lens meets customers’ needs. Our in-house ImageMaster® Universal – MTF Testing in the Spectral Range UV-VIS-NIR-SWIR-MWIR-LWIR are used to measure the Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) and optical parameters over a wide spectral range including UV, Visible, NIR, SWIR, MWIR, and LWIR spectra.

We offer custom IR lens solutions to meet customers’ specific needs, such as custom dual-band lenses for Visible and SWIR spectra. Our engineers are experts in material selection for color correction in two spectral bands simultaneously and Design for Manufacturing. We produce custom dual-band lenses with transmission above 80% and high image quality in both the visible range and the SWIR range (700 – 1900 nm).

We design high-performance IR lenses for high manufacturing yield. With advanced in-house manufacturing and testing equipment, we produce IR lenses in an economical and highly efficient manner. We strictly control the quality of each optical component in production to ensure system-level success. To achieve and maintain our high-quality standards, we use the ISO 9001 certified process and highly reliable measurement systems for component quality inspection at every manufacturing process step.
