We were given a “smart” timer for our landscape lighting. When it wouldn’t sync to my iPhone, I was redirected to the supplier, who was impatient and unable to resolve the issue. I ended up with a $10 manual timer that I fiddle with as the days shorten.

Instead of a personal call back, I received an estimate of $475 by email for a service call, which would be refunded if it turned out to be a warranty issue.

Illuminations does not support its products or installation. I paid for a “smart” timer which did not function. It was replaced with a cheap digital timer. The staple used to install the wire connecting 2 lights to a tree was embedded so deeply that it nicked the wire and cut off electrical supply to the lights. They didn’t return 2 calls for advice. Instead I was sent a $475 estimate for them to merely come and have a look!!
