Mounting your mighty light Option 1. 1. Insert screw into wall with head of screw protruding approximately .25 inches. If you are installing it on a very hard surface, you may need to pre-drill a hole for the screw. The enclosed screw anchor can be used for drywall, cement, brick or similar surfaces. 2. Slide Mighty Light onto screw. Option 2. 1. Peel and stick adhesive to back of mounting plate. 2. Attach second adhesive to desired wall location and press. Use caution using and removing all adhesives on wall surfaces as some could damage wall surface. 3. Attach and hang Mighty Light. Operating your mighty light 1. Install the battery (see battery installation section). 2. Choose a location (see location section). 3. Mount the light (see mounting section), or simply stand the unit on any flat surface 4. Built-in motion sensor automatically turns on the light when movement is detected in the area. The light remains on as long as motion continues to be detected. Please note that there is no On/Off switch, the light can only be activated by motion. 5. Built-in photosensor allows the light to only be turned on at night or in darkness, conserving energy. Specifications Batteries Required: 9 Volt Alkaline. Wattage: Maximum: 0.225W, Static: 0.45mW. Voltage: 9V Light Duration: approximately 30 seconds from last motion detected. Weatherproof Rating: IP44. Battery installation 1. To open battery compartment, pull tab on back where indicated. Your Mighty Light uses a 9 volt battery. The batteries typically last 6 months to 1 year under normal use. Note: If your Mighty Light does not turn on after battery installation: Make sure fresh batteries have been inserted matching the correct +/- polarity orientation and are making secure contact with the terminals.
