How it works: Plug in the controller box. Exiting the box are two, three or four leads (depending on which you purchase), which are basically extension cords which have a female 2-prong plug at the end of each one. For the sake of discussion, let’s name them Channel 2 Channel 3, and Channel 4.

Use outdoor’s with protection. The controllers are fine to use outdoors but they should be protected from getting saturated. Slipping them in a baggie or plastic container will protect them.

A word to the wise – Whenever you have an item with dials or buttons on it that you can adjust from the outside of the unit to the inside components there is potential for water seeping inside of the unit. We’ve seen numerous products with controllers or little boxes attached to light strings out there that claim to be waterproof. You need to protect these units whether you buy them from us or somewhere else.

Christmas TreeLight Controller

Our brightest model yet. This ultra-lightweight spotlight has a powerful beam that can shine up to 3200 lumens for 520 yards making it the brightest spotlight in our line. Perfect for waterfowl hunting, it is waterproof, submersible and it even floats if you should happen to drop it overboard. New USB charging technology allows the battery to charge much faster. You can use the bi-directional charging cable to utilize the Power Bank feature to keep your phone charged up in the field.

The American made chase controllers can not only be used on their own but also with LOR and other animated controllers to save you channels. For example if you need a 4 channel chase controller for your animated frame, just plug the male end of the chase controller into one of your LOR channels and the wire frame into the female ends of the chase controller and you would save 3 channels of LOR. You will just need to sequence your animated frame in LOR as you would your other display lights but only using one channel to do so and not 4 channels of LOR.

The control box has a single dial on it. Turn the dial clockwise to increase the speed at which the channels “fire;” turn it counter clockwise to slow the speed. Note that the embossed words on the controller box say just the opposite.

IMPORTANT: This controller box will not make the bulbs on your light strings chase or blink independently from each other. Rather, the whole string will turn on then off.

The controller box simply directs power to each of the three channels in sequence, turning on and off Channels 1, 2, 3 and 4 then repeating the sequence. What this does is cause whatever is plugged into each channel to turn on and then off. Then the next channel will turn on and off. This repeats indefinitely.
