Purchased from Heater Shop off their Web site and it came the next working day, so they have a great service. I had to run a new mains circuit next to where my old storage heater was as this heater requires it additional to what my old heater needed. This Dimplex XLE100 works well now I have finally set it up which is a bit of a fiddle (slightly over complicated). However, it looks after itself you don't have to open any vents it does it all itself, all you do is set the temperature required.It looks much more stylish and uses a booster fan heating system to maintain the room temperature if the stored heat is not sufficient which is really quiet. For the same output this heater is slightly wider, slightly higher and about 20mm deeper from the wall which is a bit annoying.All in all a great heater unit which comes with a 2 year warranty, but is not a direct storage heater replacement for the older type of storage heater because the new regulations now requires more control and performance which means an additional power supply is required for this storage unit.
