Diamond Grade Prismatic (DG3) can be viewed from a distance of between 1,300 and 1,600 feet (depending on text size) and offers superior reflectivity at short and long distances. It is the best option for public roads and dangerous intersections.

High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) can be viewed from a distance of about 1000 feet away (depending on text size). It is the most common choice for reflective traffic and road signs.
