If you decide to refuse any shipments from iOgrapher.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to iOgrapher.com. While Next Day Air shipping is available for all products purchased on iOgrapher’s website, due to processing of your order and packaging, “Next Day Air” can take up to an additional 24 hours to fulfill and deliver. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
