Dr. Stoebner is a Diplomat of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry, a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and was voted the “Young Doctor of the Year” by the Washington Association of Optometric Physicians in 2001.

Dr. Stoebner spent his undergraduate studies at University of San Diego, where he played football and completed his bachelor’s degree in biology. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University’s College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR.
