yeah Autodesk might just ignore that. The sizes you want to create was very very small and if I'm on the side of the contractor I might used alternative materials instead of looking at it in the market.
2. Since the sizes are instance parameters, when you choose the 200x12 draw your length, then change the size to 900x20. If you have your routing preferences set right with a routing preference for the transition, should be able to draw the cable tray.
