We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The Light Dome SE is designed to grow along with your creative journey. Featuring the most universal mount possible, we created this modifier to be versatile and compatible with not only the Amaran 100d/x and Amaran 200d/x, but also the Aputure 120d, Aputure 300d, and even many other third-party Bowens Mount lights.

Unless otherwise noted, we also offer free returns on regularly shipped items. We will accept returned freight orders, however, the customer is responsible for the return freight charges.

In order to be creative, an artist must have options. The Light Dome SE includes two types of diffusion fabric, one light (1.5 stops) and one heavy (2.5 stops), allowing users to pick and choose the perfect level of softness for every subject that they film.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
