I placed an order for a eyeglass for a certain amount, now I see an additional charge of $291 which I never authorized. When I called customer care they say can’t do anything. You need send an email.Luckily I checked the transaction and found this. This is completely fraud and not acceptable.I have receipt of my order which I received via email when I submitted my order.I never expected this with Target Optical.*********I sent email to your given address but it bounced back.********I sent the email to target optical using their site to but they didn’t sent any response. I called them after email bounced back from below email and they forced me to returned the glasses instead of refund.My old glasses has broken and now I need to wait for the return and reinstate my insurance.I never expected this from a this such of big brand. Will never buy again from them.

Avoid Target Optical at all costs if you expect to receive your glasses. I ordered a pair online 25 days ago, and they have yet to arrive. I made the mistake of choosing them after my previous glasses broke, believing their advertised 10-day shipping was a reliable option. I was clearly mistaken.My glasses were lost due to a shipping label error made by Target Optical, and they took little to no accountability until I began reaching out to them. It's evident that they don't care about timely delivery, and the carriers share the same indifferent attitude.Now, Target Optical has promised to create a new pair of glasses for me, but I am left waiting yet again. In short, if you need new glasses, go to a local store instead. Do not waste your time with these unreliable people.

 War warning, warning, warning you better make sure before you place an order with this company that everything is correct. Especially if you’re going to order something after hours. Because in order to cancel an order, you have to call in to get them to cancel it. Then you’re going to have to wait a week or more for your money to get put back on your card. Worst customer service ever worst policies ever.Warning do not fall for these messages from Target Optical giving a email address to send your complaint/concerns too. It’s a ruse. They never answer them.

I ordered contacts online and had the option to have the order shipped to my home or the store. There was an option to have the order sent to my home in 2 to 3 days. I had the order sent to the store thinking that would be a faster option. 3 days later, the website said that my order was complete and delivered. I called the store and they have no information about me even having an order sent to them. I called online support and they said that what it means by being delivered is that my contacts were delivered to the courier service. It's been 5 days now and I'm still waiting for my contacts to arrive at the store.

Went to target optical on Southside blvd, Jacksonville Florida and was waited on by Julia and Shay. Outstanding!! Ask if they took my insurance. They did. Sat down with my recent prescription and they did a couple of tests. I picked out my frames, we decided on grey, polarized lenses as I was getting sunglasses. They tallied up and my insurance covered the entire bill. Walked out happy and 3 days later picked my glasses up. Total satisfied and happy. 5 stars for sure! 😊

I placed an order online for contacts. Contacts were never delivered to my house. Photo shows photo delivered to some other home. Searched my neighborhood for that door/house to track them down and could not find them. Contacted support through chat 3 times to try to get it correct and finally gave up and ordered through another provider. I asked a few times for a refund for the shipped order that I never received and kept being told that it was handled. Get my target card bill and the charge is still on my account.

Sent the wrong Meta Ray Ban glasses. I ordered the correct size, as evidenced by the model number in my confirmation email. But when I received the shipping notification, that email included a different model number. I called when I saw the discrepancy and was assured several times the correct glasses would be sent. Today they arrived, and it was the wrong pair of glasses. Go with Target Optical if you enjoy being lied to as a customer. I am extremely tech savvy and spotted this error before it was too late, yet they still managed to mess it up. Shame on Target Optical.

I stopped at the Apple Valley, MN Target with a pair of glasses I had purchased at a competitor and asked to have them adjusted. Tammy looked at the fit and immediately corrected what was wrong at no charge to me. Extremely satisfied.

I was very pleased with my trip to Target for my annual exam. Dr. Wilson was thorough and walked me through the entire examination with pertinent, details, from A-Z. The Target associates, here, were also instrumental in helping me with my frame choices, fit and quotes as to when I could expect to be ready for pick up. Hats off to all staff involved to make my exam a success. Thank you.

If I can I will give them zero start, did an appointment cancel because both doctors were sick, (sight) , went yesterday formula other appointment. Was closed, called phone no answer. Nobody called to asked me why I didn't go to my appointment considering the side stays that it was open since 9AM.
I had issues with my order going through initially. I feel that Target Optical has an issue when it comes to placing orders it never allows the original order to go through and it takes at least 24-48hrs from them to check your order before they cancel. I also had an issue with my packages that I ordered through my insurance in May but I just found out that my order never arrived at the store. It’s not my favorite place to order eyewear, but I love Target stores in general.
