TwinCAT Vision or the product TC3 GigE Vision Connector is certified according to the GigE Vision standard (version 2.0). TwinCAT Vision can thus be used with all GigE Vision-compatible cameras. As the GigE Vision standard is subdivided with each version into features that are obligatory and optional, a certification does not mean that all features of the version are supported. As cameras for their part may also have additional features that do not meet the GigE Vision standard, e.g. data compression, no statement can be made about full support.
