Mt Norma to MtTechnical

Question. Are Technical Mount and S Mount the same position but with different names? Or are they something different? Have been looking around trying to work this out but still unsure. Thanks.

Optical glass, also called optical lens, glass lens and optical glass lenses, is always divided into plano-convex (PCX), double-convex (DCX), plano-concave (PCV) and double-concave (DCV) lens.
