🚀 Day 31 of my 50-day Advanced Python Mini Projects Challenge is complete! 🎉 Today, I created another bot for a well-known social media platform: Twitter. 🐦 The main idea behind this project is to teach a lesson (just for fun)😁 to the ISP (Internet Service Provider) by posting a tweet when the upload/download speed is less than what I pay for. This entire process is automated using the powerful Selenium library. Here's how it works: 1. The bot opens Speedtest by Ookla and checks the internet speed. 2. It captures and stores the upload/download speeds. 3. If the speeds are less than promised, the bot automatically opens Twitter, logs in, writes a post about the slow internet speed and posts it. Using Selenium for this project allowed me to handle the dynamic interactions required for logging into Twitter and posting a tweet. This project helped me further hone my skills in web automation and dynamic web interactions.
