Jenoptik develops and manufactures individual modules and complete systems for semiconductor equipment. Our core fields of technological competence include high-precision optical and optical thin film elements as well as microoptics for beam shaping. We cover the entire spectral range from deep ultraviolet (DUV) to far infrared (FIR).

The SunSpot SM is a high intensity, compact UV light curing system. The unit was designed with low cost of ownership in mind, with its vertically mounted long-life mercury lamp, separately replaceable elliptical reflector, and filtered input long-life light guide. The Sunspot's easy to use exposure time controls and foot pedal activation make operating the unit a snap. The system weighs in at less than 7.5 pounds, and its 10 x 5 inch footprint is the smallest in its class.

As a production and system partner, we support you through professional supply chain management. This allows you to concentrate on your core competences, rather than acquiring numerous components, integrating them to form a subsystem and subjecting it to extensive testing.

We produce optical systems, microoptics and high-end objective lenses of the highest quality. Our objective lenses allow you to inspect semiconductor structures with precision and reliability. A new wavefront measurement system allows high-end objective lenses for complex lithography and inspection processes to be manufactured in a cost-effective manner.

The INTELLI-RAY 400 is a compact microprocessor controlled UV curing system. Unlike competitors units, the INTELLI-RAY integrates all system components into a small lamp head which can be easily mounted anywhere on a factory floor, with virtually no cabling or remote control boxes required. Just mount the head, connect the AC line cord, and start timed exposure curing! The system contains an integrated retractable shade type shutter, which allows for repeatable exposure timing, and shields the user from UV radiation. The system's LCD display and digital keypad make programming and monitoring of curing operations a snap. The long life 400-Watt metal halide type lamp and parabolic reflector illuminate an 8 x 6 inch curing area with evenly distributed 100mW/cm2 UVA light (320-390nm).  Up to 185mW/cm2 with new 600W lamp!
