Product warranty: Our warranty for all our mechanical components and systems are ONE year from the date of shipment. Repair or replacement will be made free of charge for products with defects in material and workmanship during this period. For our optical components, our warranty is 30 days from the date of shipment. Defective items will be replaced free of cost. The customer must notify any defect in optical components within 48 hours of receipt. For all warranty replacement, a written statement with an authorized signature indicating the reason for rejection attaching test reports are requested to accompany the returned parts. All defective items must be returned in their original shipping container within 10 days of the date of shipment.

System includes a sample stage, capable of accommodating samples up to 50 mm diameter and probes to contact the sample. Light is normally incident on the sample. Fixed frequency chopper and lock in amplifier are used for modulating the light at a frequency of 400Hz for measuring spectral response. Wavelength resolution of monochromator is 0.1nm. Illumination area can be adjusted using lens assembly system.

The spectral responsivity or quantum efficiency (QE) is essential for understanding current generation, recombination, and diffusion mechanisms in photovoltaic devices. PV cell and module calibrations often require a spectral correction factor that uses the QE. The quantum efficiency in units of electron - hole pairs collected per incident photon is computed from the measured spectral response in units of amperes per watt as a function of wavelength. Model HO-SC-QE is integrated with 50W Tungsten Halogen lamp with housing, optics, power supply and an easy to use software with capability to measure the spectral response and quantum efficiency of solar cell at the wavelengths from 400nm to 1200nm.

The date of delivery is only an estimate and we will have no liability for late or partial deliveries. we may refuse any order for any reason. Catalog items are normally shipped immediately from inventory. In the event that the items is out of stock, an estimated delivery date is given at the time of order. Most items can be shipped within 45 days.

One of our major activity is in OEM market where we develop and supply low volume opto-mechanical devices & positioning as per custom design. We also undertake contract manufacturing of opto-mechanical products in standard and custom specifications.
