LSFM (Light Sheet Fluorescent Microscopy), also known as SPIM (Selective Plane Illumination Microscopy), is a method of imaging that uses a light sheet to illuminate a sample from the side in the focal plane of the detection objective (Fig. 1).

The video shows the early development of a zebrafish embryo imaged by a light sheet microscope. The time in the left upper corner shows the hours and minutes post fertilization.

Instructions Directions: For best results, the room should be as dark as possible. Turn on the flashlight using the rubber end button on the back of the cap. Shine the flashlight on carpet, rug or furniture material to reveal the urine. Battery Installation: Remove cap from flashlight. Remove battery housing from flashlight and place on table with arrow facing downward. Place batteries in housing with the (-) negative side facing the spring. Place housing back into flashlight with arrow facing downward. Replace cap.
