Mode 2:  Medium security mode. The RFID fob must be in range for car to start and will stay running until the operator turns it off, then it won’t restart.

RFID stands for Radio-Frequency Identification. The acronym refers to small electronic devices that consist of a small chip and an antenna.  The RFID device serves the same purpose as magnetic strip on the back of a credit card; it provides a unique identifier for that object. And, just as a magnetic strip must be scanned to get the information, the RFID device must be scanned to retrieve the identifying information.

Mode 3:  NO security mode. Should your fob become lost or damaged you can over-ride the system by entering a code with the hidden button switch.

If you aren’t into flush mounting taillight or 3rd brake light lenses into the body, these stunning machined billet aluminum frames work with our L58 kits to allow you to surface mount the lens on the outside of the sheet metal while the LED’s and housing attach to the inside. The large L58 Frame is 16-3/4″ long X just under 1″ wide. It will protrude .400″ off the surface. They accept our lenses perfectly (as shown). All other parts (lens, LED’s, housing, etc) are in the flush mount kits, just add these frames for flat surface mount installation. 3rd Brake Light kits need one frame, Taillight Kits need two frames.

Each light is split 40-20 so that the LED’s can be wired for either type of turn signal. 60 Super Bright Red LED strips inside aluminum housings. 1/4″ thick build-in, flush mounted red acrylic lenses with prismatic diffusers – can be fit into slightly curved fenders, roll pans and pickup bed corners up to 1/4″ for a seamless look (the acrylic lenses cannot be bent). Taillights have dual intensity for taillights and turn-brake lights. Need only 1″ of clearance space behind the mounting surface. Weld-in or glass-in studs for mounting are included. Quality instructions. Lenses are only 1/2″ wide by 15-1/4″ long! Note that these are build-in kits requiring paint and body skills.

Diffuser attached. Will work in surfaces with gradual curvature up to about 2-1/2″. The LED’s are dual intensity for taillights and brake/turn signals and are premounted into an aluminum housing. We also provide an aluminum “spacer box” to fill the gap created by body curvature and to seal out dirt and water – simply cut to the contour of the body. The RFID is capable of working between 5 and 200 feet with the vehicle’s windows closed.  If the vehicle’s windows are open we do not have a measurement for how far away the unit will work.  There are 8 increments of sensitivity that the unit can be programmed to.

For easy removal when you’re at a  judged show attach the light with the included suction cups. For a more permanent installation double sided tape is also included.  The light is divided into 3 sections, letting you use it for turn signals as well as brake lights. Push our Ignition Switch button once and your accessory circuit comes on. A second push and hold engages the starter. When your engine starts just release the switch and your running as well as the LED indicator ring. Press it once more and everything turns off. This gorgeous Stainless steel (22MM) switch mounts in a 7/8″ diameter hole with the overall size of 1′.  The compact ignition module can hide under your dash or in the engine bay.
