LEDStrip lights

although the circuit board did not resolve our issue with the screen. It was shipped quickly and arrived on time once we were able to communicate with Elite Screens. All communication is accomplished through email.

Backlight lighting

The LED strip light is a perfect fit for the slot provided on my 120 inch projector. The RGB remote changes the color perfectly.

I was having trouble with my screen . The remote control wasn't working . I called customer support many times and no one answered the phone . Finally a friendly customer support member by the name Juan Reyes really helped me out . He explained what the issue can be and helped me alot in ordering the right parts . He helped me alot on making sure i am getting the parts delivered in 24 hours since it was an emergency . He really went out of his comfort zone to help me , he deserves a huge raise and Elite screens should be happy that they have such a person on their team .

I had a manual series shipped all the way to Hawaii. Incredibly well packaged and arrive in perfect condition. Using this screen with a BENQ short throw laser projector (not recommended) and the picture is bright, vivid, and clear. No noticeable distortion for anything I watch. Incredibly happy with the picture quality and smooth manual deployment and retracting mechanism. Great customer service and communication with Ben at Elite Screens.
