I have been looking long and hard for a professional PCB inspection camera that could capture high quality images to help identify the following:

I have spent hours looking at cameras/microscopes, but because there are so many choices, I wanted to see if anyone had any pointers based on their experience. Even any suggestions for what specs to look for would help, too. Thanks!

The board size could be as large as 12x15 inches. Ideally, it would have SW that could compare before & after images of each board to identify the features listed above, but I have not had much luck finding anything like it.
