A round cut diamond of your choice rests along a delicate band in either 14k gold or platinum. The focal stone crests above two east-west set pear cut diamond accents, one resting on either side of the focal stone. The pear cut diamonds are set to draw your eye toward the center of the composition, resting slightly below the focal stone while the point of the pear faces away from the center. At the point where the side stones and focal stone are closest together, slender offshoots of metal connect the settings of the side stones to the center, strengthening the illusion that the side stones are holding up the focal stone. With dynamic stonework, the First Light Ring radiates like the breaking of the dawn.
