I am converting a couple of XR400R's to DC power, so I can use brighter LED lighting. There is a 4 pin connector for the stock AC voltage regulatorwhich I am replacing with a rectifier bridge and DC regulator. The 4 pin connector from Honda SxS Club is perfect factory fit to the existing Honda harness. I created my own lead wires to the DC components now mounted under my seat. If I need to remove the subframe for maintenance (very common on the XR400R), I can just unplug the 4 prong connector to separate the under-seat components from the rest of the harness. It is as well sealed as the excellent OEM connector. Best yet, I ordered the connector while in the middle of the job and received it in 2 days! Now I'm done.

Replacement connector plugs as shown. Commonly found in most Honda ATV's and UTV's. These kits are a factory replacement for damaged plugs or wires.
