At a svelte 25 lbs., no one can accuse Aguilar’s SL 112 bass cabinet of being overweight. Boasting a 12″ cast-frame neodymium woofer, a phenolic tweeter, a custom crossover with variable high-frequency control, one Neutrik speakON plus two 1/4″ inputs, and 250-watt power handling, this petite cab delivers solid bass and excellent midrange definition. Bassists know for most club dates a big, heavy cab is overkill. But the SL 112 is ideal for easily handling monitor and backline duties in smaller venues. Need more power? Stack two of them with a Tone Hammer 500 for larger gigs.
