This project is a Python server application that allows a Galaxy server to run jobs on remote systems (including Windows) without requiring a shared mounted file systems. Unlike traditional Galaxy job runners - input files, scripts, and config files may be transferred to the remote system, the job is executed, and the results are transferred back to the Galaxy server - eliminating the need for a shared file system.

Please note that as of the 0.14.0 release, Pulsar no longer supports any version of Python 2. The minimum supported Python version is 3.5.

Galaxy job runners are configured in Galaxy's job_conf.xml file. Some small examples of how to configure this can be found here, but be sure to check out job_conf.xml.sample_advanced in your Galaxy code base or on Github for complete information.

This entry-level piezoelectric disc pump strikes a balance between performance and cost. Combining silent operation, pulsation-free flow, millisecond response, and high precision in a compact form, these piezoelectric disc pumps provide accurate, ultra-smooth pressure and airflow control of gases. The BL Series Disc Pump can be mounted as a Smart Pump Module that includes integrated drive electronics and pressure sensing.

These Getting Started Resources act as a primary resource for those starting out with the disc pumps. The resources include safety information, signposting to other resources, and guidance for running and controlling the disc pumps.

The following command will then produce a coverage report corresponding to this test and place it in the coverage_html_report subdirectory of this project.:

Make sure to check out our extensive resources and literature – User Manuals, How-To Videos, and Application Notes – to guide you from initial set-up, to using the disc pumps for in-situ applications. Our Frequently Asked Questions covers any further information you may need.

Our Disc Pump Development Kit enables the rapid evaluation of one or multiple pumps, together with solenoid valves, making it easy to test system-level prototypes and evaluate the unique features of the piezoelectric disc pump technology.

This documentation is an incomplete work in progress. There are more ways to configure and use Pulsar than are documented, and a growing number of Pulsar experts who would be more than happy to answer your questions and help with any problems you may run in to while setting up a Pulsar deployment. The Lee Company has developed the Lohm Laws for defining and measuring resistance to fluid flow. The Lohm is defined such that 1 Lohm will flow 100 GPM of water with a pressure drop of 25 psi at a temperature of 80°F.

The configuration documentation has many details on securing your Pulsar server and enabling advanced features such as cluster integration and message queue communication.
