All concealed damage must be reported within 1 week of delivery. Once we process your damage claim, we will express response replacement items to you at no charge, in the fastest method available.

All cabinetry is covered by a five year warranty on quality, workmanship, and hardware, i.e. paint defects, warped doors, failing soft close drawer glides and soft close door hinges.

All of our cabinetry is solid wood with Birch doors and face frames. The sides and backs are 1/2" 7 Ply Plywood with 3/4" plywood shelves. The doors have soft close hinges and the drawer boxes are dovetailed with undermount, full extension soft close drawer glides.

We are not able to offer returns/refunds/exchanges on our cabinetry for many reasons, most of which is shipping. These issues are rare, especially if you triple check your measurements before ordering. Working with our no cost kitchen design specialist can help!
