I was playing Oculus and I got off and my controller was broken the tracking was not working it would disconnect and i dropped it on the floor and I think that's why it's like bugging out so I was hoping you send me a new one

Can I get help on this issue too.  my right controller started buzzing continuously, then quit any haptic feedback.  The controller seems to work fine.  I use it mostly with Supernatural VR, and I can hit targets fine and see it working and being registered as hits by supernatural , but there is no feedback.  Now my left controller's feedback feels a lot lower than I think it was before.  I tried many of the solutions,  fresh battery, unpair controllers, played with feedback intensity in settings,  and I just now did a factory reset with no difference.  What is left to try?

Mine does the exact same thing and no matter what I do it still does that. It even rattles when vibrating sometimes and I just got it 2 months ago.

No, i do not have anything attached to the controller.  When I start up the head set, both controllers blink 3 times , while I assume they are connecting.  When this happens I can feel a short buzz in the left controller, but nothing in the right one.

My quest 2 is around 2 months old and ever since the day that im sending this, it’s loosing tracking and keeps on vibrating, which also means that the controller is connecting and disconnecting back and forth, (this is on my right controller by the way) it maybe because i dropped it accidentally but i don’t know.

Thank you for that information! Last questions! For your quest 2, do you have any additional accessories attached to it that may affect the power or battery fits? Are their any blinking lights on the controllers?
