Most regulatory signs are circular. A RED RING or RED CIRCLE indicates a prohibition. A BLUE CIRCLE generally gives a positive (mandatory) instruction or indicates a route for use only by particular classes of vehicle (see sections on tram signs and bus and cycle signs).
Give way signroad markings
Except for access to premises or land adjacent to the road, where there is no other route. Other exemptions may be shown.
The ‘GIVE WAY’ sign and road markings: you must give way to traffic on the major road (the upright sign or both the sign and the triangle on the road might not be used at junctions where there is relatively little traffic).
The ‘STOP’ sign and road markings: you must stop before crossing the transverse line on the road and ensure the way is clear before entering the major road.

Where a road or bridge is very narrow, priority must be given to traffic from the other direction (there will usually be a ‘give way’ line indicating where to wait).

The intent of the DFR Program is to enhance the Yonkers Police Department's response to emergency calls for service. As such, drones are used during an active response to an emergency or other call for police assistance. Policy prohibits drone operators from intentionally recording or transmitting images of any location where a person would have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as inside private buildings, except where authorized by a warrant issued by a judge or in emergency situations.
Drone as a First Responder (DFR) operation is an innovative and transformative use of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS)- AKA Drones- that are used by public safety professionals to assist in everyday operations. The concept is to station a drone on a city rooftop on standby, ready to be flown by trained personnel to any reported emergency and arrive prior to first responders on the ground. The video feed from the drone is viewed at the Police Department by a trained first responder (teleoperator or TO). The TO is able to operate the drone remotely and communicate with field personnel via radio immediately. The TO is able to evaluate the scene and circumstances before those in the field arrive and provide necessary information to help them stay safe and increase overall efficiency. The real-time video feed is also available to Officers and Supervisors in the field via a smartphone or laptop application, so emergency personnel can see what they are responding to BEFORE arriving on the scene. The ability to evaluate the resources needed, prepare the proper operational response, and increase the safety of the first responders and the public is the intent of the project and the mission of this program.
