Mr. Dulany has over thirty (30) years of experience in construction management and twenty (20) years of hands-on construction skills gained through experience as a commercial, residential, and industrial State of Florida Certified Building and Roofing Contractor. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of construction: estimating, contracts, underground utilities, site work, foundations, structural walls, sub-contractors (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) and roof systems. His current responsibilities with CAP involve municipal building department operations throughout Palm Beach County.

Mr. Tringo has more than thirty (30) years of experience with the applicable laws, rules, regulations, directives, codes, and ordinances related to the management of Building Department services and Broward County. He has extensive experience managing building department operations and currently oversees Broward County contracts. He is also an active member of the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals.

Mr. Cox has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science and Architectural Studies from Florida A&M University. .
