Once we’ve agreed the size, front panel design and the colour of your lightbox, we’ll also discuss some of the finer, but equally important, details. These include questions such as whether your lightbox will free-stand or be fixed to a wall, where you’d like the cable to exit the box and what colour and length you’d like the cable to be.

All of our lightboxes are custom-made in the UK. The casing is produced from powdercoated steel. We can produce the lightbox in any length and width. Your design is produced on vinyl which is then fixed to an acrylic face. The lightbox is internally illuminated with LEDs – the LEDs can be controlled via a remote control meaning you can adjust the brightness as well as the colour if that’s wha you choose.

The main decisions for you to make are; the design that you’d like on your lightbox, the colour of the frame itself and then additional details. We can powdercoat the box itself any standard RAL colour. The RAL colourscheme is one that’s used for paint colours (just how CMYK and Pantone references are used for print) and offers a huge range of personalising your light box sign. For the vinyl graphics, we can either cut coloured vinyl to the shape of your design, such as a simple ‘COFFEE’ lightbox, or we can print more complex designs onto the vinyl. They are both then applied to acrylic and slotted into the face of the box.

ESG is extremely important to us and is part of everything we do. When producing our lightboxes we only use the highest efficiency LEDs to make sure they consume as little energy as possible but with absolutely no price being paid to the quality – they’re high brightness and are extremely impactful. We use steel for the main casing, which itself is easily recyclable.
