Connector pin inspection

Light model: LTS-COX13752-W                             

The connector pins are not exposed on the plastic surface, the shapes and sizes are different, and the Coaxial Light emit vertically, so that the plastic internal pins are uniform and stable.

Mobile phone I/O terminal pin inspection

Light model: LTS-RN9610-W                              

Low Angle Light not only has effect on the pin part, but also can make the plastic bright. Using polarizer can make the pin and the background high contrast.

USB PC pin inspection

Light model: LTS-AOI160-RGB    

There is a gap at the bottom of pin. The color of the top and bottom of the pin is distinguished by the Three-color Light and the color camera, which is conducive to capture the pin.                           

Capacitance pin length inspection

Light model: LTS-RN12030-B 

Need to distinguish the pin from other areas. The pin is made of metal and is easy to be brightened. Use Ring Light, the pin is completely presented.                         

Connector module pin inspection

Light model: LTS-RN12030-R 

The copper pin is easy to be illuminated by red light. The Red Low-angle Light is compatible to distinguish the pin, so that the pin is presented independently.

Light bulb base pin inspection

Light model: LTS-FPR80-W                         

The product has strongly reflection, which requires high uniformity. Use Low Angle Shadowless light can distinguish stitches and make base surface uniform presentation.

Automotive connector pin inspection

Light model: LTS-RN12090-R                             

Use vertical irradiation, the pin is easy to reflect light and create a strong contrast with the background.
