Constructed of 1″ synthetic overspray media, this product provides maximum service life while maintaining optimal removal efficiency (over 99%) and air flow. Made from recycled polyester fibers, the E75 is sewn and heat-sealed to a heavy gauge metal support frame. This sturdy combination results in a filter with low initial resistance and high holding capacity.

The Series CC100 extended surface cube filter is FG-F’s extra high capacity solution for paint overspray collection applications. Made from 100% polyester, the media consists of a 1″ coarse dual layer to facilitate overspray collection and retention, combined with a second layer designed to trap high volumes of finer paint particles. It is heat-sealed to a heavy gauge metal support frame and forms a seal when installed.

The Series CC50 extended surface cube filter is FG-F’s economical solution for paint overspray collection applications. Made from 100% polyester, the dual density, single ply media is heat-sealed to a heavy gauge metal support frame and forms a self seal when installed.

The Series E12H extended surface pocket has the benefits of the standard E12 cuber while increasing the average removal efficienncy with the introduction of a final downstream layer of high efficiency polypropylene skin. The substantial holding capacity and construction using recycled fibers makes the E12H one of the most economical, high-efficiency overspray collectors in the marketplace.

SL-100WBT Self-Sealing Cube/Pocket Filter Manufactured from synthetic fibers of two denier sizes and two zones of filtration and is self-sealing in the frame. The front layer acts as impingement with the back layer containing a non-migrating tackifier to prevent unloading of dust particles that have been removed from the airstream. The white is the upstream and the blue is the downstream sides for airflow. Recommended for use in applications where medium to heavy dust loads occur and has an extremely high dust holding capacity. MERV 7 media. Antimicrobial.
