This month, RED’s Ireland team celebrated the opening of Soltec (Ireland) Ltd‘s newly-installed hazardous solvent recovery facility, a hugely successful project collaboration. 🌱⚙️ Larochelle Jardim and Pedro Luis Rivera Ruiz joined MD of Soltec David Corcoran and Minister for Enterprise Peter Burke to celebrate the opening of the facility in Mullingar Co Westmeath, Ireland. Pedro Rivera, Technical Director of RED’s Process team, said, “One of the key success factors of the design is that we have been able to abate emissions to a level ten times lower than targeted, while also exceeding production targets. These facilities allow Soltec to recycle up to 20,000 tonnes of hazardous waste per year.” We are always pleased to be involved in projects that bring innovation and sustainability to long-lasting legacies.
