Look at every factory USA team Suzuki from 1998-2003 they ran bills for a reason and i know they ran pc a bit but the bills was just better for the late 90s and early 2000s. And HRC didn’t even use pc or in house HRC pipe on their 1996-1998 125 Lamson bike they ran bills. Pipes must of been really good for HRC to choose them over the HRC factory pipe and the pc pipe and same with Suzuki factory team . When Lamson smoked every one at Mxdn on a HRC 125 against factory 500s also it was it bills pipe he had on

I've had nothing but great experiences with Bill's Pipes. They were very helpful in deciding on an exhaust for my YZ450. Later on they even modified my RE13 system with the same non-restricting spark arrestor mod they do on their pro GNCC and Sprint Enduro team exhausts. When I have messaged them on Instagram to ask questions they have been very prompt and helpful. Just because Bill's doesn't have a website does not mean they don't want your money. If anything it weeds out all the tire kickers and stupid "how loud is your pipe" questions from people. They probably figure the people that want to buy their product will actually take the time to call in and order. Bill's makes all their stuff by hand in-house with American steel unlike other exhaust companies. Best of all, Bill's knows how to make a great exhaust that actually makes noticeable gains and isn't just a show piece cough cough FMF. It doesn't bother me they don't have a website because I would rather they focus their time on building a great product than maintaining a flashy website. FYI, they are currently doing photo shoots for a relaunch of their website...

Helios is a compact Time of Flight (Tof) camera with superior depth precision with a working range of up to 6m. Unlock the potential of Time of Flight in a variety of industrial applications including robotics, 3D inspection and logistics.

I said muffler so you are comparing apples to oranges, lol it is Vital. On a KX450 I assure you the weight saving is substantial. Anybody that knows anything about making HP on a 2 stroke knows you don't gain anything from a silencer. The length will move the power around but that's IT.

Idk, Brandon hand delivered my YZ125 pipe and silencer to my house...... and i voted for Trump    not sure about the website, but they have been great at messaging back... at least for me.

The Arena SDK includes easy to use controls for the Helios ToF camera. ArenaView allows for 2D and 3D views: 2D view allows one to see the intensity and depth of the scene from the camera’s perspective. 3D view displays a point cloud of the scene and allows users to manipulate the orientation in real-time. Additionally, settings can be changed in real-time such as false color overlay, depth range adjustments, out of range color settings and more.

The Helios industrial camera detects 3D depth of objects. It features Sony’s DepthSense ToF sensor, along with 4 VCSEL laser diodes operating at 850nm. The camera calculates depth data by measuring the time it takes for light emitted from the diodes to reflect off objects in the scene and return to the sensor for each point of the image. This design results in high accuracy of < 5 mm with a precision (standard deviation) of 2 mm at 1.0 m distance.

This thread cracks me up.  I can't believe how much work some of you will go through to give your money to a business that doesn't even want your business.

I've weighed the fmf 450 slip on vs stock and there isn't as much weight  difference vs taking a dump before your next moto.  Stock fit and ran loads better.

Took me about a year and a half of back & forth Instagram DM's, but he finally built me a Carbon Fiber Silencer for my 1994 CR125 D.Henry #1 replica build. Well worth the wait! Just keep after him in Instagram DM's hahah Best of Luck!

Brandon is hands down one of the worst people I've ever dealt with in the motocross industry. Entitled, arrogant, confrontational...and honestly didn't know shit about professional racing. I don't know that he really understood anything about engine performance.

There used to be a dude named Brandon that worked there. He ran their rider support and managed shipping.  I was on the free product program with Bill’s after Stank dog got me tied in with them. All was gravy. Then one day I couldn’t get a call back. Or an email. And I took to IG to see if anything had been posted because I hadn’t seen much.  Turns out, I was blocked. I couldn’t figure out why in the world? I called Brandon direct, he picked up and hung up on me. I was so confused.  Years later I was talking to a friend that has worked with Brandon, and come to find out that he was so anti Trump that if you were following him (Trump) on Instagram you were blacklisted and eliminated from the company. I don’t care who the president it, I’m following him on IG, I always have. Because I’m interested in the POTUS, I’m out.  A great company can have one bad employee and do huge damage to the reputation of that brand, and that’s exactly what this guy did. Over time I heard a handful of more stories just like mine. Which is too bad, because I’ve always thought of Bill’s as a legacy brand in moto.

When building a “replica” bike you tend to want parts that are from the correct era. So for me, I needed a Bills carbon fiber silencer with a “stinger” style tip as that is what was on Doug’s #1 ‘94 CR125…like I said before, well worth the wait if it’s what you need!

I suppose I get the period piece and the privilege of waiting for it, but for anything new... when you have real cone pipes like JSV, etc. None of that fake shit like Bill's. I don't get the pursuit of a product like these guys. Whatever floats your boat I guess.

Not everything is Amazon and just shows up right after ordering and some things are the complete other end of the spectrum.

Sounds like they are a super small business that make great stuff, but lack in communication.  If you want the product, you will have to work for it, but it may be worth it to you. Look at it like an artist that locks themselves in a basement for weeks.

As of last year (11-8-2022) Brandon was still doing things at bills. I ordered a pipe and silencer off them and had them port my cylinder. Worst experience of my life. Started off good then went to shit. I have a ton of emails, phone calls and instagram messages. I would never suggest anyone buy anything off them until they get their shit together. They charged my card then stopped answering me for over a month. If I wasn't on the other side of the country I would have stopped into the shop.

That can happen when you don't tune it properly. Peak was about 1-2 with big gains in the middle but stock was quite restrictive. The weight saving was very noticeable because it's up high. Durability is outstanding as I wadded the sub-frame and Ti mid-pipe as well as cracking the CF end cap and it's still holding up strong.

It was on a dyno, so it was tuned properly lol. The FMF shorty can and stinger outlet for the 150s is the same as the one from my 2002 rm125 lol, it looses power on the 150.

Sony combined Tof with backside illuminated sensor (BSI) technology to create the new DepthSense ToF sensor. The BSI technology provides better light collection efficiency in NIR wavelengths. The new Sony IMX556PLR iw a 1/2in sensor running at 640 x 480px at 30 fps.

Weird how this is getting a bunch of thumbs down. Buds make some really nice stuff and it is much easier on the wallet than the big names. I cannot recall the guy's name at Buds, but he is very informative and helps you out in any way he can.
