Have Sleep Number 7000 series California King. Went through divorce and got my Sleep Number back. When I got it setup in my new home I noticed Black mold on the pillow top. Called Sleep Number customer service. First agent Lindsay, said, "Oh that is something we will warranty. Can I connect you to that department?" "Yes please." Connected call to another customer service agent in the Allergen Dept. Minna. She told me it would be replaced under warranty and then connected me to another agent and as soon as I explained it a third the agent immediately Said "That is not a manufacturer's Defective. We will not cover but a replacement on is $1138.00 plus shipping and handling!!!"

I was told I could purchase a new remote so that each side of the adjustable bed could be raised independently. Today it is one remote that pigtails to each side of the bed and raises them together. So I go ahead with the purchase which online took forever. I am a veteran and just before I went ahead with the purchase I registered on the Sleep Number site as a veteran as they were offering a discount. So I continue with the process. As we are wrapping up I asked to apply the discount I just received for registering as a veteran only to find out I was supplied an expired coupon and that it could not be honored. Really? I just got it 10 minutes ago from you. So I am frustrated but go ahead with the order just because I really like the beds.

We've had a Sleep Number before for about 14 years. The one we bought recently was the second from the top of the line. The sales reps were very helpful. The delivery was on time and they set the bed up too. We're very pleased with our Sleep Number.

9:30pm, the same guy calls and says they won't be able to install because their boss said they had to be back at the shop by 10 pm and all they could do was drop all the things off and I could set it up myself (a process he told me takes him, a professional 40 minutes...) I didn't pay $200 then miss out on $500 I would have made at work to set it up myself... So he said he would have his boss call me to reschedule, I still have not received a phone call. I assumed they would call and deliver the next day since this was set to deliver for 2 weeks. So I call the 1800 number for sleep number and tell a very polite lady my story, she apologizes profusely and said she would try to get in contact with home delivery.

I called customer service again to voice my displeasure and see if there was any way to expedite the delivery. Surely you have other beds out there waiting to be delivered and could I not jump ahead. I was again told nothing can be done. I hung up waited a week and subsequently canceled the order. Not once did I receive a call from your company apologizing or even acknowledging the problem or trying to offer some type of remedy. In my opinion very poor service and follow-up especially considering the expense. I took my $6000 elsewhere. Now I am told I can't return the mattress pad that was never used. Ridiculous.

We wanted adjustable comfort and we got a Sleep Number split king. We’ve had Sleep Number products for two years, and this last time was our second Sleep Number purchase. Everything with the reps and the overall quality of the bed was excellent. I like that I can adjust the comfort but my wife has one issue with it. We’re disappointed that it doesn’t seem to change the number based on how we sleep. There is some responsive feature that doesn’t seem to do anything positive for us. However, we’re enjoying the bed and I have already recommended it.

I immediately contacted David to inform him that the duvet foam was once again unacceptable! He then stated "I will personally go to the plant and make sure that a properly constructed foam piece be mailed to you to replace the previous poorly constructed duvet foam." Unfortunately, David has not followed through with his statement to replace the duvet foam and I should not have to remind him! The sad part of our current experience is that in comparison to our first purchase of a Cal King Series 7000 in January 2004, in which we were extremely happy and satisfied with and even got teased occasionally by our friends and family for sounding like we were making compensated endorsements.

Until now we have been very pleased with the continual help until now. We just which to know where the part is. All of those we have called and worked with have been excellent. We would just like to be able to finish our bed. Thank you.

I bought my Sleep Number bed and adjustable base in 1994. The base lasted til 2016 with very little maintenance. I called the company a total of 3 times, for which the customer service people were knowledgeable and personable, and able to fix the problem without difficulty. I then bought my chronically ill daughter a Sleep Number & adjustable base in 2013 after she broke 6 vertebrae in her spine. She feels the same way I do. I feel that if the quality and expertise that this company has were available in all other businesses, there would be no unhappy customers anywhere, ever!

My first night's sleep was wonderful. I hadn't been able to sleep in a bed for years. The delivery team set up the remotes for each side which was quite unlike the experience I had with another company. Previously I would wake up in the middle of the night with back and leg soreness. Now that I can sleep through I am waking up at an appropriate time and much more alert at work. Also the delivery team was one of the best experiences I've had with any type of furniture delivery.

We have had a Sleep Number bed previously and we were upgrading. We went with one that raises the head of the bed and we needed to get beddings because the mattresses were separate. The sales reps were very helpful and I was most impressed by their knowledge of the system. We scheduled home delivery and the team was very quick and professional. I love the overall quality of the bed and I'm very happy with the product and service.

We have owned a Sleep Number for years. We went and bought a new mattress and it didn’t work with our base so the mattress never came off the truck and I am still waiting for my money. Customer service is unprofessional and everyone from the top down Reina, Bob and Dorothy have all lied. This company owes us thousands of dollars. I would recommend going elsewhere for a bed!!! Terrible customer service and a bunch of thieves!

I would have given zero stars...I never got a bed! I purchased this bed on Oct 26th and after 3 failed delivery attempts, (1. missing part, 2. cracked foundation, and 3. missing a whole entire mattress with another cracked foundation) I had no choice but to cancel my order. I have lost complete confidence in the Sleep Number brand and will forever warn others, who plan to purchase from your organization, by sharing my awful experience. Again, complete disgust in how we were treated and the lies that were made by customer advocacy, in that they ensured we would not have any further issues after the first debacle. This is, truly, one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had to deal with. I never had a chance to experience a Sleep Number bed and never will.

We moved to Florida 20 years ago and our first bed was a Sleep Number. The name of it was Select Comfort at that time and we ordered it by mail. It was comfortable but it made a squeak in the beginning, and they sent us something to cure that problem. One of the units went bad and we purchased a whole new one two months ago. I went into the store and the experience was very good. Overall I would recommend Sleep Number. As a matter of fact, there was a lady and her daughter trying out the bed in the store when we ordered ours. And I told her, “For whatever it’s worth, we’re here to buy another one because the old one, after 20 years, one unit went bad.”

Sleep number p5 - From the store customer service - finding the right bed and pillows - to the delivery guys. This is the best investment I have ever made! I have never slept this good. You get 40 beds in one! If you need it softer one night - you got it! A little firmer the next? That is also possible. This is literally the only bed you’ll ever need.

We loved our bed when we first bought it. Then we had a few problems with the topper and didn't get anywhere with the customer service representatives for the past year. Just ask to talk to a supervisor if you call a couple times and have problems. We now have our awesome bed back and will buy the adjustable bed once we move and so glad we get to stay with Sleep Number

Don't buy a Bed from the Greenwood Indiana Store. Absolutely a nightmare. (LIED TO) Then try and cover up the damage when they say they will make things right. ** on that also. At this point tired of arguing with them to make things right. It's pretty obvious they have no intentions of doing the right thing. They wont even call you back in a timely manner. They would rather you just go away. It would be much easier for them that way. Unless you call them several times and hope they respond.

We feel this is just SLOPPY/ CHEAP workmanship, poor quality without any consideration of the household that would receive their product. The second issue is the POOR almost nonexistent customer service. We spent 3 days on phone trying to get through to anyone who could help us. After wait times of 10 minutes per each call we got a person who had no clue how to help us. We were put on hold and turned to another rep. We were often given incorrect information or sorry they couldn't help us... Too bad.

In addition to these issues, the bed was placed so far away from the wall and was not centered below our bedroom window as requested by our son. My son stated "I mentioned my concerns to the installers and I had to assist in moving the bed because one of the installers had cut his hand on his box cutter." Thankfully, my new carpet did not appear to have blood on it! That night, we did not want to sleep on the bed for fear of not being able to have it replaced. But, after calling customer support and being put in contact with supervisor David, he seemed to really listen to my concerns and seemed very supportive. David then asked "Could you please forward some pictures which showed the imperfections and our concerns?" After further conversations with him, he stated verbally "I could exchange your i8 Flex Fit for the 360". I then told him that I would have to discuss his offer with my husband and get back to him.

I ordered a sheet set and blanket online. Only AFTER I submitted my payment was I informed that my order will arrive in 7-14 business days. I used the chat option to see if it could be shipped to a store. I was told no. I asked if there was any way to expedite. I was told no. I asked if I could cancel the order if I could find the items in a store. I was told yes. I was not offered any solutions nor did the rep I chatted with offer to locate the items in a location near me. Just "no" and that's all. So my calling began.

We initially received our bed on September 15, 2017 while we were out of town on a camping trip. Therefore, our first view of our bed did not come until we arrived home on September 17, 2017 and boy were we extremely dissatisfied with how the bed looked and functioned! The bed was so poorly installed and the foam pieces in the mattress did not appear to fit correctly. In addition to the bed being so sloppily put together the foam inside the duvet was not square nor level in height. The entire bed appeared so uneven, lumpy and out of shape, as well as the flex fit function did not work properly. With that being said, the foundation was not level and did not work in unison with the right side.

Bed FlexTop King I8 - My wife and I bought this mattress thinking this would be the ultimate gift to ourselves for a well-deserved good night’s rest. How could we go wrong? It adjust to fit your weight and firmness preference. We are both lighter body weights but both like a slightly different firmness level. I have tried every level in increments of 5 from hard to soft to find a level that doesn't leave me with a horrible night sleep from the back pain I get after 3-4 hours of laying in it. We contacted Sleep Number before our "trial period" was over and they sent us a memory foam type mattress topper to add to the bed.

We’ve been using Sleep Number for the last 15 years and this time I bought a double set of a twin long mattress. My interactions with their sales rep has been great. She tried a number of times to follow-up with me but I never returned her call. We were just in the middle of a bunch of things and were gone for five weeks. They delivered the bed and set it up. They were very nice and did a good job. I’ve been happy with the bed and I’d recommend it to some of my friends.

Totally awesome experience. Great treatment at store, by a great knowledgeable bold and chic Manager offering an amazing product. As a Veteran is sometimes difficult to find bold and kind people that will like to listen to situations that we experience in our past. She was treating me with excellency through the development of our conversation. I am very satisfy, because I return to a Company that is using innovation and scalability to offer a better product improving such; from "great to greater." The first Sleep Number we got was in 92. Recently, we got the queen size mattress that goes up and down. The sales rep was great and did a wonderful job. Her personality and friendliness were most impressive. They delivered the mattress and we were living about 300 miles away from where we actually bought it. I love the mattress.

We have friends that had a Sleep Number over the years. A year before, we had purchased a mattress from another company. It was ugly and they would not stand by their guarantee. So we took our friend’s advice and tried Sleep Number. This is our first Sleep Number and it will not be our last. We bought the whole thing and we love it. The sales reps were more than wonderful. They have been extremely helpful as far as the IQ setting in our phones. They did an excellent job. The delivery team was very professional. They explained everything after they got it set up and put together. The whole process was fabulous. We were away from home this past week and we could not wait to get back and enjoy a full night’s sleep in our own bed. It was so wonderful. There have been several people that we’ve had over and we’ve had them lay on the bed. They were amazed at how comfortable it was.

We had a Sleep Number for 15 years, then we went with a Beautyrest for about three, and it was lousy. So, we went back to Sleep Number. When we looked at it at the store, we tried out different beds and, this time, we just bought the base and the mattress. Their sales representatives did a really good job. Sleep Number is one of the best mattresses on the market. The adjustments that I get with the different settings on each side of the bed is very nice and the thing stands up for many years. I would recommend them and I’d buy another one.

We are highly considering canceling our purchase. No one even offered to refund our delivery charge we paid handsomely for. If I would have known this is how it was going to be I would have either picked up the bed myself and saved myself the fee and my attendance at work and had my bed right away or just gone somewhere else. The 2 stars are for the Salesman who was great and the lady I spoke with in customer service, other than that I'm furious.

Mattresses are excellent and long lasting. Customer service is excellent. We got quick & friendly phone line help with mattresses we have had for awhile. They keep track of purchase info so no need to dig around for paperwork. Love the mattresses. It is like sleeping on a cloud.

Hello, Rhonda, we think it's important for all of our customers to know that our adjustable base models are all final sale items, which is an industry standard practice. We provide this information on our website, at the register in each of our stores, and on the receipt we ask you to sign once you complete your order. If you don’t recall signing your receipt to confirm you understand your terms of sale while you were in the store, please send us a Private Message with the name and address we delivered your bed to and we can get in touch with your local store to check on this for you.

First Split King would split so far it was two separate beds. Ask to exchange. Took another 4 weeks to deliver the exchange, they brought the wrong mattress so it took another 5 weeks to get the right bed. They pushed the delay very another week, so I tried to cancel and the Base is non-returnable and the rest is restocking fee. Very bad idea to buy from these guys. Bed was 10k. You would think they would bend over backwards for spending 10K on a bed.

My husband has wanted to get a Sleep Number bed for some time. I was against it, but went ahead with it and the sales rep was great. I found my Sleep Number and we ended up trying it out. I was thinking it's like a water bed, but I love it. The delivery people came in, set it up and did a great job. I have the heating and cooling mattress that goes on top of the bed. It's comfortable and I sleep better and don't wake up achy. However, the foam stretched out, so it was buckling. I've had to fight it and pull it so I called, and it was out of warranty. I ended up having to buy that part, but they discounted it. Hopefully, this one won't do the same. We also purchased one for my mother.

I was pleased with my experience at Sleep Number. I felt like a valued customer. I admit before I went in the store I was having a little attitude and laying on a Sleep Number bed changed my mood. I felt relaxed and even the bed knew my pain I experience on a daily basis.

Sleep Number customer service and delivery are the worsest I have ever seen. We bought a C12 and the bed was torn in the middle and I tried to reach CS and no one respond for that either by email or by phone. Also, we did a mistake of ordering Sleep Number C4 for our kids and that also the delivery guys brought a different bed and they took the old mattress with them. Kids have to sleep without mattress. Sleep number is their birthday and x-mas present. SLEEP NUMBER IS A GRINCH. We have to wait for more weeks now. We really feel that we should have gone with Tempurpedic. Lesson Learned- NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SLEEP NUMBER. FOLKS- IT IS A KIND ADVICE.

Salesperson was new and didn't know everything nor was she able to correctly identify our Sleep Number on the program bed; we ended up just guessing at what felt good. Had to have help to work up our invoice from another associate.

We had one Sleep Number mattress that we had for about 10 years. This time, we got the king size. Their sales reps were good. We knew what we wanted when we went in there but they explained the difference between the comfort levels of the mattresses to match. Also, the delivery was on time. We love the quality of the mattress. We were happy the first time around and we're happy the second time around. We'd recommend it to anybody.

Customer service is very rude and unprofessional. You spend thousands of dollars on their products and is treated like garbage, now that they have your money. I probably will return everything and go somewhere else who respects people who spend good money and gets treated like we are nobody. Never again will I do this. This call happened at 6:22 pm on Tuesday December 05 2017. I’m still on hold and they probably waiting for me to hang up, but I will not.

I call up today and I want to cancel my order and the lady on the phone was trying to get me to keep it and letting me know with no extra cost to me that I can receive padding and a mattress topper, and by the time I received the topper and foam that my 100 day trial would end soon and I probably still be unhappy, and that I did not want my purchase anymore. So she canceled my order, but I had to purchase two shipping labels at 29.30 (I believe) to ship back the bed and the motor for the bed, and I have to purchase boxes to ship the bed and motor back with too. Lastly, I was also unaware of is that the purchase of the base ($2,533) is non-refundable as well, which was not clarified by the sales associate. He did suggest it because he said that if I did not purchase the base it could void the warranty.

The only thing is that the massager makes a lot of noise but it's because we have a wood floor and it's on the middle level with a basement between us. It’s funny because when you turn it on, there's a whirring sound. But other than that, we’ve really been satisfied with the bed. I could see a big difference in our sleeping. My husband has sleep apnea and the bed has improved that tremendously. I will highly recommend Sleep Number and as a matter of fact, my sister has purchased one too.

I know there's a lot of bed manufacturers out there that say all these things but from my experience with Sleep Number, it's the best bed I've ever owned and will continue to own. If you don't have one, you got to go have one. You cannot go wrong with Sleep Number. Also, a lot of people look at the price of the Sleep Number bed and say that they can get something comparable to it for much cheaper. But the Sleep Number is not a purchase. It is an investment. So I have invested in a top quality bed and I don't care what anybody else says about all the other manufacturers.

I ordered a Sleep Number bed in Sept. 2017 and I originally purchased the bed I was gun-hoe about getting a new bed that I can adjust my "Sleep Number", head, feet, and got the vibrating option too. Well the delivery was a week or two and postponed another week or so later due to the hurricane. Once they delivered the bed and base I wondered what happened to the rest of the bed (meaning the headboard and footboard and rails) that I thought came with the purchase of the base.

We had a Sleep Number mattress for 22 years. We really like it so, we bought another when it wore out. The sales rep was very good, informative and showed us all the features. Our minds were made up with what we wanted when we went in but he showed us other options. We stayed with the one we got, the new mattress with the Sleep IQ. We also got the pillows and bedding. He has also followed up at least three times since our purchase to find out how we were doing and if we had any problems, complaints, issues or questions. Also, we got a call from the delivery guys 20 minutes before they came. They arrived within the timeframe that they had specified earlier. They installed the bed and they were out in a very short period of time. They were amazing.

I've been using Sleep Number products for 10 years and I love them. I wanted to upgrade, so I recently bought a king-sized mattress from them. The sales reps were really great and they explained everything to me and took their time. We had the mattress delivered via UPS and we set it up ourselves. The whole process was easy. My Sleep Number mattress helps a lot and it took care of my back problem.

I would not recommend buying a bed from Sleep Number. My back has never hurt so bad. I tried to return it before 30 days and they told me I had to wait until my 30 days because their computer system could not process returns before that. Great. Now I have to call back. Called back at my 30. Was told I could either pay $179 for them to come pick it up or $120 to ship it by myself. Unbelievable... Once I showed my dissatisfaction regarding this, the customer service rep got an attitude. Horrible bed, horrible experience. Soooo overpriced for a glorified air mattress.

I have purchased eight Sleep Number beds over the last few years, and I wouldn't buy anything else. But last month I tried to purchase one as a gift online and had a problem with the pricing. The case manager team intervened and handled my issue quickly and spectacularly. Didn't think I could be a bigger fan, but now I am!

I'm a chronic back pain sufferer and the only thing I don't like about the bed is that I don't want to get out of it because the only time during the day I'm really not in any pain is when I'm laying in my bed. I recently referred another friend of mine and his wife. He had been having back problems for years and his wife has some other medical problems where she has problems sleeping. They bought a bed and he's sleeping better now and he's thanking me because of the price, too. And I thought it's a pretty good product when people call me up and thank me for referring them.

Immediately received several phone calls from different Sleep Number Reps with several different answers to our missing leg issues (1 said the missing leg could be overnighted on a Saturday, another said no, a 3rd said a complete new bed would be to be shipped from their Minneapolis warehouse with an anticipated delivery date of next Saturday 10/21 and credit back our $179 delivery charge). We spent $8900 on this bed. None of these solutions are acceptable. Apparently this large company cannot escalate the order/shipping of a new bed. Still have no idea when our complete bed will be delivered. We are seriously considering requesting a full refund. If this is the headache we've had with delivery of my bed I can only imagine if there is ever a warranty issue.

This is our third Sleep Number bed and we're happy with them. We have two, but we’re in the process of moving to Michigan. Then we got stuck so we had to get a bed, so we just bought another one. We recently bought their queen-size smart bed, and though I could probably sleep a little bit more on a firm bed, this is the one we decided on and it's very good. The sales rep was very good and helpful. The delivery people were very good as well.

My bed started leaking air... I called and every person was knowledgeable and helpful. They shipped me a new pump, it arrived and 2 men came and exchanged it. I would be glad to recommend your products and service.

We purchased a Sleep Number mattress and base and we’re happy with the overall quality. We previously owned a Sleep Number for 12 years. We wanted an upgrade and moved the old mattress into a different room. My wife and I went to a couple different stores and settled on one store we liked better than the others. The sales professionals were great and very helpful. We tried out the beds and finally decided on the one that we liked the best. We scheduled a home delivery but it was a disaster. We learned Sleep Number was using contractors and they weren't using Sleep Number personnel.

I called customer service and they let me know that the headboard and footboard are not sold with the purchase of the bed and base. I told customer service that the sales associate was not clear to me about not getting the headboard and footboard with the purchase of the base, the customer service guy said that "oh well, I don't know what to tell you." With the amount of money that I was willing to spend on this unit (bed and base only) I would be able to buy a whole bedroom set with mattress included. It has been about a 45 days give or take from the date of delivery and I have not had a good night’s sleep since I threw out my old bed for my overpriced Sleep Number bed. The whole time I felt like I was sleeping on a cardboard box that had air mattress underneath it, no matter which number I adjusted it to.

We have had a Sleep Number for 14 years and we decided that it is time to buy a new one. We then bought a mattress from them that you can raise the head and the foot independently. We also got sheets from them. Their sales rep has been very helpful and the experience was fine. However, my wife got disturbed by the email they sent which stated that they've been watching us and described our best sleep so she cancelled that.

Well first problem is the base is different so we signed a contract of a no return policy of $1500 on base. If you don’t sign, you don’t get a bed. “What could possibly go wrong for agreeing to that? Had mattress before and we liked it so why would we think we wouldn’t like the new one?” "Well since we are getting a different bed, we are only going to charge you $300 additional for switch of base." BUT IT IS NOT MY FAULT THAT WE DON’T LIKE THE BED. Oh, by the way, $180 delivery charge. Oh, by the way, gee the original discount for the I8 was not as good as the I7 at the time so that is an additional $173.16. Total extra was $653 because I didn’t like the original mattress.

My husband was having some back issues and Sleep Number was recommended by a friend of mine. I had picked the one I wanted but when I went to where they were actually going to have a Labor Day sale and I told them what I had been looking for, they showed me the one that was on sale. We compared things and after we went through all of them, I ended up switching models. The one I was shown had as much stuff as the one that I was planning on purchasing and we were able to get the massager as well so we had a little bit better deal when I went into the store to get it. The salesman was very nice too. He laid down everything and we tried all of those and lied down. He recommended something and we ended up with the perfect fit for that as well.

Another thing is that when we first purchased our bed back in February, we were supposed to have it delivered the day that we moved into our apartment but the order never went through. It was billed but they never placed the order for shipment. So we didn’t get our bed until three weeks from when we moved in and eight weeks after we originally ordered the bed. But we got billed for it and started paying for it since we financed it. They have a good finance deal going on so we were paying for our bed before we actually got it.

On 11/27/17 they installed new pump and other part. The 2 svc techs stated we needed 2 other parts besides the pump because they too were defected. I told them just take the bed. Enough of sleeping on the sofa and recliner. They said they couldn't take the bed. I called customer svc, told them the bed was defective from day one and ALL the problems we encountered medically. I finally spoke to a supervisor, was told that we would have to pay a $500.00 restocking fee and over $200.00 for return shipping. I see nowhere in our contract this info about these fees. What happened to the 100 night guarantee. Sleep Number Corp does not stand behind their guarantee and we will no be scammed. We will pursue this to the fullest. Sleep Number is gonna give us a song and a dance about how sorry they are about our problems encountered with their product. But we're not dancing to their music.

I suffered with a lot of leg and back pain so my daughter ordered me a Sleep Number and now I get a good night sleep. I would recommend this bed to anyone having problems. I bought 2 mattress in three years that did not help.

The sale representative was very knowledgeable about each mattress and answered all our questions kindly. We experienced and got much information about P5, i8, i10 and c4 king size beds. It is wonderful to be able to try each mattress and see how new tech beds work. This will hopefully make our decision easier.

First I would like to give some background on our familiarity with electric adjustable beds. In 1999 we bought a Comfort Select (Comfortaire) mattress and base Relax in Comfort, Queen size RIC A-1052, power base. The base provided head elevation, foot elevation and several zones of massage. We had this base until August of this year. We had replaced the mattress once and with a Sleep Number mattress. This base served us well for 18 years with 2 minor repairs to the motor. We had been getting a lot of advertisements for Sleep Number so we decided to check it out.

My son purchased the Sleep Number mattress and one of my best friends had one for 15 years. They both recommended it to me so I went and bought one, too. I got their mattress, frame and bedding. I went to their store twice. The first was an exploratory type of a mission and that worked out very well. There was no pressure from their reps as far as buying. I even told them I wasn't sure that it was for me at that point and they said they understood and that most of the time people came back a couple of times. It wasn't an immediate sale and they were fine with that. They were very low profile but very helpful. And the nice thing about it is they did not spear me to the top of the line first then work my way down. They thought that the mid-range would be okay but I did wind up going a step above that, which was well worth it.

We wanted to upgrade our bed to the latest bed that Sleep Number offered with the cooling and auto adjusting features. Thought that the iLE was the top of the line and had all the bells. One of the most important was the cooling feature. THANKS A LOT. NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH A BED NOT MUCH BETTER THAN WHAT WE HAD. Should have ordered by phone so I could have talked with someone and explained what we wanted. Your description are misleading.

There is always a space in the middle. The beds shift AND the mattresses become misshapen and tilt to one side. I am always moving them back onto the base. I just hate this bed. When it was straight and the beds together it worked well. But for a tag of 8k for base and mattress I’d choose something else next time. We for a fee and after long frustrating calls had them come out and “fix” it. I guess what the function that keeps the beds closer together broke. The mattresses still conk over to one side. I have had a better night sleep on a cheap air mattress. It’s so disheartening. I was so excited for this bed. Salesman said it would last us 10 years... who can afford to change it after two with that tag? I know if I call again I will get the same runaround. I hate feeling like I’m in a separate bed to my spouse.

I've had a Sleep Number bed before, which I bought many years ago, so I got another one. This time, I got a king size bed with a head part that goes up and down, and it is split in the middle. The reps were very nice and professional, and the young man that waited on me has been extremely helpful. Sleep Number delivered the bed and set it up, but I kept my old mattress. The overall quality of my latest Sleep Number bed seems to be fine and I'm not having any problems with it. Everything was good with Sleep Number and I've recommend them, and I've already had someone buy a bed from them.

The sales reps were great. My husband went and bought the mattress and he was happy. The mattress is good. It has been great with Sleep Number and we love their stuff. We’ve had them for 19 years.

When we bought our i8 Sleep Number bed, we had no problems having them install it, but just before the return policy expired, we complained to Sleep Number that the bed was cratering - meaning sagging under each of us. They have basically no customer service - it's awful. Their way to fix the problem was to send us gray inch thick foam pads to lay under the mattress cover top to bolster the sagging area. That worked for two weeks and then when we called them back, they said, with absolutely no concern, "You're out of warranty." Nice. Then they told us all we could do is send them $1000 for a new pillow top, which we refused to do and the return policy was then null and void. We had called the store we bought it from too and believe me, after you buy this POS, they want nothing to do with you and give you a long distance number. That's it. That is your help.

Just have to rave about my recent experience with the Sleep Number Customer Care people. We bought our bed nearly 16 years ago. Lately, the bed, while still very comfy, developed some sag and some weird crevices. I called the Customer Care line and my agent listened to me, asked me to send her photos, called me back after seeing my photos, did some trouble-shooting with me and then sent me a replacement part... The first fix did not resolve our issues, so I called again. They listened, asked for more photos, talked me thru things and paid to return the first fix, sent me a new fix and I have to say--I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! I feel like we got a new bed! Amazing. Ecstatic. Over the Moon. Professional! Helpful! Quick to help us resolve the issue. WOW. 16 years and still going strong. Thank you Sleep Number.

Tried to report via email as phone service was so time consuming and got an automatic response to my email that they do not respond to customer service via email. Then WHY do they provide a customer service email address? Someone did leave me an apologetic message and said I needed to call them to resolve this issue. Why? Had already spent over an hour on the phone AND had service people here to report that I needed replacement parts. Very unhappy with customer service as well as a very uncomfortable (very expensive) mattress. I think the quality is very poor and service extraordinarily poor. Would not purchase again. Appalling for the price.

I've been very happy with Sleep Number so far. I purchased a mattress from them in 2016 and I wasn't happy with their reps back then, but that didn't stop me from buying from going back and getting another one. My house flooded so I repurchased the mattress in 2017. However, their staff said she ordered the wrong bed and charged me wrong. They sent me the right stuff and took care of everything. I couldn't have been happier. The customer service accommodated me and the 800 number was also fantastic. They've also sent me mailings and coupons. Their mattresses are comfortable and I also like the blanket and the pillow that I got from them.

Everybody at Sleep Number has been very nice. The delivery was excellent. They were on time and let us know exactly when they would be here, and did exactly what they were supposed to. We had a Tempur-Pedic before and we switched to Sleep Number. We had the last Sleep Number for six or seven years and we’ve had another for a month and a half. It’s fine and they're good quality. The only problem is somebody needs to make a new bed skirt that would fit better and easier on these. I find it difficult to put the bottom sheet on when you're over 55 or 65.

Purchased an i8 bed/frame 10/17. Delivered bed with 3" generic foam. Nothing like the advertised proprietary Plushfit foam on display beds in Delafield and West Allis, Wisconsin nor their website. I bought the bed because of the particular foam on their display bed and their website and Youtube videos. They refuse to give me a refund so I am looking into legal action and media review. Deceptive sales of this i8 mattress and horrible customer service.

We already had a Sleep Number bed for the last 10 years and this time, we went ahead and got the whole thing - mattress, frame, and box spring. I like their sales rep a lot. He was very helpful and if he didn’t know, he just asked somebody that was there. They were all very helpful. The bed came through the mail on time and in excellent condition. My husband put it together. The new one is the Pillow Top and I like it a lot better than the old one. Our old one came unzipped a long time ago and I never could get it zipped back. I’m much happier with the new bed and we both sleep a lot better on it. Everything's perfect.

After checking out other beds, we saw that Sleep Number was the one that would suit us so we bought from them. They have been very accommodating and they got our products out on time. They were also able to return something they weren't supposed to say that was the final purchase but didn't look good when it got to the house.

We had a different Sleep Number bed but we wanted one that had the flex that we could put the top up or down. We dealt with Tony and he was wonderful. He was very patient, answered all our questions and was a good listener. He also called to check up on us when things were delivered. The delivery team came right in, set everything all up and showed us how to work everything. I’ve had Sleep Number in my home for 16 years and my husband always says if there’s a fire he’d throw the bed out first. It was a great experience and I would do it again.

I bought it a month ago, and I have been trying to returned after just 2 week of using it, the reason it is killing my back. When I tried at the store it felt so firm, but after just 2 weeks it is not firm as it was at the store. I called customer service to returned and they told me that I have to wait at least 30 days, so I called back to find out that I can only returned the mattress and not the entire package. What I supposed to do with the rest, store it at my garage. I am paying a bill of $8,300 for something that is killing my back, to me this is a FRAUD, why I cannot returned. I do not like it. It is BAD for my back. What can I do? I need help for this matter, if I have to hire a lawyer I will do it to file a suit. I just want to returned it, simple as that. I need to resolve this asap. I am having a surgery this coming Dec 8, and I cannot used my own bed to recovery. This is insane.

Thanks Sleep Number for ripping people off! Shame on you! By the way these are all air mattresses and you can feel the uncomfortableness of it! You are better off buying an air mattress from Walmart for $20. I paid $14,000 for backache and headaches! Don't waste your money. Go buy a Posturepedic from Costco. Wish I did! After I bought the beds I met a lady that told me not to ever buy one because it's a scam and she now has permanent backaches and she can't get her money back. Please don't fall for the pitch they give you in store! I give 0 Stars!

We purchased a Sleep Number bed and loved it very much until we started having problems with the top zip padded cover. We called 3 times and have been told it will cost almost $1000 to replace and that it is normal wear and tear. I would look at the warranty very close before purchasing because they don't stand behind the product very well. Most companies would replace the product when you call and they say it must be defective like I was told by a couple different employees.

I recently purchased a new adjustable base for my Sleep Number bed at the Baltimore Home and Garden Show on October 22, 2017. It was delivered today, November 1, 2017 but was deemed defective/damaged by the setup technicians. I was told it would be 3 to 7 days before another base could be delivered, but in a subsequent phone call a representative said a week and a half. After resolving the issue with upper management, I will now get the new base 5 days from now.

Updated on 12/02/2017: So I called to say I was not happy with my bed. I find it extremely uncomfortable, I was told I MUST wait 30 days to return it. I must sleep on it for 30 days. This seems ridiculous but I do as I must. Now, after the 30 days I call again to arrange pick up and told they cannot pick it up for 3 weeks. I will never ever deal with this company again. I have had a truly horrible experience with Sleep Number!!!

We’ve been long-time customers of Sleep Number and we love the accessories and all the products. We purchased a bed six or seven years ago and then upgraded to a new bed. We needed new pillows and went back this last weekend and got pillows to match the bed. We're very conscious about having a good night's sleep. I made purchases from a store out of the Clackamas Town Center and it's been great. The sales reps were very friendly, very helpful and very well-informed.

We've also had trouble with our phone working the sides occasionally. Sometimes it's difficult for the phones to connect to it and do it properly. We don't have a remote with it and they told us we had to use our phones but if I wanted a remote, I could order one online. Everything's okay as far as everything else and everybody has been very nice. Whatever we've asked, they've helped us with it and been very accommodating.

On a positive note, my salesperson (Trini) in the store was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. I guess I should have brought the whole automatic lighting on and off with her instead of whomever it was I spoke with. Hugo, who did the delivery, was very professional and it was probably one of the best delivery experiences I have ever had with any company. He was helpful, kind, and efficient. So, for your salesperson, Trini, and for delivery, Hugo, I give five stars. On another positive note, I LOVE MY BED and give it five stars. This is most likely the last bed I will ever buy, so spending this much on a bed is ridiculous, but every night when I crawl into it, I understand how happy I am with the bed. It is really an amazing bed. Would I do it again? Well, not at this point as the frustration and feeling my voice was not heard took all the fun out of my purchase.

I have the SleepIQ and my parents bought a new Sleep Number to upgrade theirs. They now have the SleepIQ, too, but there’s no way that they can access it since everything was registered under my name and my email address. SleepIQ is an app that tracks our sleeping patterns so it will tell us how well we’ve slept throughout the night based on what number we slept at. It can tell us if we were restless, if we toss and turn, or if we get up in the middle of the night. It’s a way to be able to figure out what our ideal sleep number is.

I have serious health problems after my last cancer surgery and can't work. And the bed is causing my back problems and told that I would have to spend all this money to fix the problem. Not the kind of company I would suggest. They may have it listed in the fine print but still doesn't make it a good company to do business with. The bed was only two years old the first time I contacted the company. You expect a bed to last longer than this when you spend $2500. Was wanting to get another adjustable bed from them but won't spend even more if this is the type of warranty they have.

We've had a Sleep Number for about 13 years. Since its sides were sagging very low, we decided to get a new one. Their sales reps at the Paducah store in Kentucky were very informative and good. They told us a lot about the latest models and what would be better for us. We wanted something a little better than the one we currently have and they showed us what was comparable to it and gave us a couple of options. Then, we tried them out. Our Sleep Number was delivered to us and the delivery guys were very nice. They also set up the bed for us and then cleaned up after themselves.

I am seriously disappointed, I had high hopes from the amazing recommendations from family and friends experiences and mine has been terrible. Can't believe I spent thousands of dollars and no one can even treat me like I matter. I'm just another number.

We were so excited when we first purchased the i10 Split King in 2012. Over the years we have become so miserable. If you don't want to ever snuggle with your spouse this is the bed for you. Having two XL twins to create the king bed leaves a constant crater in the middle. We purchased thinking how nice it would be for each of us to control sitting up in bed if the other was sleeping. And while that's true just forget having any intimacy again. Two years ago we broke down to purchase the new split king at the top only and when they came to deliver they told us our bed was put together incorrectly and that was the problem. They advised to send the new one back but we still have the same problem. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase!

Customer service told him that he could receive a new bed but it would not come until 10/28. When I received the news I was outraged. I am expected to wait another 3 weeks for a new bed because the one that was sent didn’t work. I had already made arrangements to donate my existing bed and someone was on their way to pick up my existing mattress. So here I am without a bed that cost almost $6,000.

Our first bed was purchased in 2002. It was time we bought a new bed. We purchased the i7 with the adjust base. Went out and had to purchase all new mattress pads, XL Twin fitted sheets etc. Spent about $300. Come to find out that Sleep Number has received a lot of the same complaints I have. One side of the bed/mattress slides off the bed leaving a large gap in between the mattresses (Cal King Split). We had service come out and they verified that they are sent out to many homes with the exact same complaint and there is no way to fix the issue, but they keep selling the bed! I phoned customer service and asked for a supervisor. After speaking with supervisor he spoke to upper management and they said they would take the adjustable base back, but charge me $500 for a restocking fee!! So now I am out $800! Now going to speak to "Case Management."

Great service. She was well informed and help put the app on my phone look number. We also had her help to pick up a couple pillows. She explain that since we sleep on our sides we picked the pillow that we adjust the height.

Upon further examination of the new base and remotes left behind by the delivery men, I discovered that our Sleep Number queen sized mattress pad had been permanently affixed to the new base by the delivery/setup man. He also did not put the batteries in the remotes correctly, which could explain why the motors did not respond when he tried to operate the adjustable base. I am very disappointed with this experience. A technician should be sent to my home to really see if the base is damaged and Sleep Number should provide a new mattress pad.

If you put a broomstick across the bed you can put your hand under it. I am 5'7" and weight 195. But the bed appears I must weight 595. When the bed is made it looks ridiculous! I have increased the number to 55 in an effort to keep from falling in a hole. But it has the hole (Dip) regardless. I have called customer service many times during my return window but just sat on hold with no indication of how many customers ahead of me. The last 2 weeks I have wasted lunch hours with no success just sitting on hold. I would expect bad customer service with a vacuum cleaner or something cheap, but this is a 6000.00 bed, a luxury item.

Can't seem to get your delivery team to make it in their scheduled delivery window. After two attempts cancelled the order. You ask $1700 for a base and cannot accommodate your customer's delivery needs at all. I was planning to leave work early to be home by 4pm, delivery was scheduled for 5pm and your team called and said 2pm or they can't do it. This is the 2nd time this happened.

Finally, I want the Sleep Number company to know that their unwillingness to resolve our issue will spread like wild fires to all my friends and family and that they all will hear the sad, sad truth about a company who no longer takes pride in the materials used to construct these beds and bases as well as the poor workmanship of their current products which they do not stand behind.

I purchased 3 beds totaled almost $14,000 but was not worried because of 30 day trial. I now wake up with migraines and back aches. My daughter now has back aches. My son tosses and turns all night. I tried different number settings for 30 days with no luck. The bed in store does not feel like the bed they deliver. I tried returning all the beds and was told I cannot return any bases. The cost of the bases are $3,800 for Cal King base, $200 twin base and $400 queen base Not including tax. They said I can return the beds but have To pay return delivery costs of $200 and I have to keep all bed bases. What am I going to do with these bases? Return service said, "Sorry but it's in fine writing". What a scam! I now sleep on my couch!

My husband has had two back surgeries and he was looking to try a Sleep Number bed for support and comfort over our traditional mattress/boxspring. We stopped into a new store in Bluffton, SC to try one out and decided to purchase a FlexFit adjustable bed for the 100 nights trial period. We felt for this price he wasn't feeling much difference, so we called to do a return. He was told the pump was NOT refundable! What good is the pump without the bed you ask... it's their way of trying you to keep the bed! This bed cost over $6,000 not including mattress pad and special sheets. I am extremely disappointed and feel used! This company is not out to satisfy their customers, but to keep money in their pockets. NOTE: At cost of these beds they still charge you a setup fee of over $175!

From sales to delivery you guys were right on the money. Couldn't ask for better. I just hope the bed lives up to the sales and delivery. You guys got my bed to me quick. You told me how it was going to go when it was going to be here. You called to ask about me, ask about my service, I had a very good experience.

We got the bedding, the mattress pad and the pillows, and we were very pleased. The delivery team set up and went through everything. Although the guy said going through it was going to be quick because we got notes, they were here for close to two hours. He was a great reference and he just played with it. He also made sure the bed was connected to the internet. The thing was to get in there, play with it then start on and leave that setting. He said it’s harder to find the correct adjustment and we left that setting for at least seven days until we're used to it then we adjusted from there instead of switching it everyday. He also told me if had any questions to be sure and call.

The mattress' anchors known as shark's teeth have failed and the mattress hangs off the frame by a full 7 inches and cannot be reset. When I contacted Sleep Number customer service they acknowledged the problem and said there was nothing they could do. They said I would have to take it apart myself and referred me to their website for instructions. We spent 3,000 dollars for this bed and diy customer service. The only reason for the 2 stars is it is comfortable. The lack of any support (pun intended) from Sleep Number. Next time it's memory foam!

I've purchased various fantastic pillows for the family and myself because nothing ever worked until I discovered Sleep Number at the Layton Mall UT. Just purchased an i10 bed - taking a year to pay at zero interest. Brenda Great salesperson.

The Sleep Number sales representatives were okay. They told me I was going to get a remote control, which I had to go back and get. So, I wasn’t happy with it. By the time that we’re done, my purchase was $8000 and I couldn’t get a $40 remote. They said it’s on my phone, but in the middle of the night when I’m asleep and I can’t read because I don’t have my glasses on, I shouldn’t have to turn on my phone, put my glasses on, and then find the app and the section, instead of just hitting the button on my remote. Luckily, the store manager was very nice and got me my remote. The first delivery team was great. But in the process of delivering it, something happened with the bed and they had to order a replacement base. And about a week later, the new base came in and they came in and replaced the base. They took care of it and everything was fine.

I went to the Sleep Number store in Millbury, Massachusetts. The salesman was asked about the sleep guarantee. I asked him if I would have to pay the pick up fee. He said “no”. I asked him if the base and the bed where both refundable. He said “yes.” I was also given false information on the 25 year warranty. I called the one 800 number to verify his promises. I reached a rude rep named Hank. Hank was no help and made it clear he wasn't going to answer any of my questions. He passed the buck with me.

I buy the Sleep Number bed I7 in July this year. All they say is 100 day free trial! They will never mention 100 day free trial for mattress only! Let me tell about the mattress. It feel like you lying on air bed. We can get airbed much cheaper than this rip off! Also we both had back pains after we bought this bed! The customer service is very bad! They will never listen to you. They said, "You listen to me!" When I want to return they said they gave me papers and "You should read all papers before sign up!" Very bad customer service and poor quality bed which caused both of us back pain! Never ever buy this product!

“Well, I just want my money back and I will buy another brand”. They will be glad to give me my money back for mattress but no money back for the $1500 base. SOOO now what? It has been 2 months, I can’t sleep on this mattress any longer. My first screw on the bed was by the Sleep Number people. They have this thing rigged. Salesperson at store was great. Customer service people could care less. I could just picture them chuckling and saying to themselves “got another one”.

We think it's important for all of our customers to know that our mattresses feature a 25 year limited warranty for manufacturing defects. The first 2 years are covered at 100% and after that it is prorated. Year 3 starts out at 72% and it goes down by 4% every year after.

The salesman sold me a bed with a combination of options that Sleep Number doesn't actually offer. When the bed arrived it was not the bed I had ordered. I contacted support and they refused to offer a full refund. I feel like I was scammed. Stay away from this store and from Sleep Number!

Adam is a Sales person who I spoke to on the PHONE an number of times, trying to make up my mind between getting parts for my 12 year old bed to make it comfortable OR purchase a new i8 to go on my existing frame OR an i10 and really go all in. We ended up doing the i10. Way to go Adam!! He was awesome!!!!

We figured out when it could be that would suit them and us. The gentlemen were supposed to be here in the afternoon and then they called in the morning asking if it would be agreeable if they came in the morning. That suited me much better by that time. I said, “Absolutely.” They told me what time they’d be here and they were within 10 minutes ahead of time. They came in, introduced themselves and took stuff apart. They took the old mattress out, brought the new mattress in, set it up, and they were out of here. It was very nice.

We were looking for a new bed, so we bought one from Sleep Number, and the sales lady was really knowledgeable. She also wasn't pushy, she listened to our concerns, took the time with us, and showed us the different options. We bought the bed, the bed frame, a headboard, sideboards and footboards. We got those set up in the house and the delivery was great. The bed is amazing, and both my husband and I love it. We also purchased new sheets and loved those, too, but the headboard and the frame itself, I'm not loving it. Other than that, I have recommended Sleep Number to my friends. If you're going to have a great night sleep, that's the way to go.

Over the years, I've had five Sleep Number. I had two at home and 1 at the ranch. Now, I've got two at my daughter’s house and my other daughter has one. I'm fixing a room at my daughter's house so we bought a twin bed that lifts the head and the feet. We found them very reliable and comfortable. Sleep Number also has very efficient and thorough sales team. They’re good people and they make sure that we’re happy. We had the beds delivered to our home and the team were experts. They had to carry the boxes upstairs. They even showed us how to use it and helped us with our numbers.

We scheduled for a home delivery and the delivery people were very professional and friendly. They came on time, had little booties, got everything down, nice and clean. They explained to us how to use the app and got it set up. Our Sleep Number is a great product. It is definitely quality and I see the value in it. I'm still adjusting to it but it's definitely way better. I'm very happy that we chose to do this.

We made two trips to Sleep Number for this purchase. One was on a Saturday then we went to some of their competitors first to see if there was anything we might like better, just by chance, in a conventional mattress. But there wasn’t, so we went back to their store the next day. We used the same sales rep and he was very professional. He recognized that he was dealing with someone that had purchased before so it did not feel like a hard sell at all. My husband and I don’t like it when we’ve made a decision and someone tries to talk us into something else so we appreciated that he let us make our decisions and didn’t try to change our minds about anything. The first day, he walked us through the different models that Sleep Number had come out with since we bought our first one. Then, on the second day, it was finalizing the order and getting the paperwork taken care of. It was very easy.

My husband and I both had the worst nights sleep. We heard each other moving around, it was noisy, uncomfortable and we kept waking up despite trying to sleep for 10 hours. I called to find out how I could return it and the woman told me I could not for 30 days. Then she also told me that basically it was my fault for not realizing how the bed was constructed when I informed her the delivery men were saying most folks did not realize it as well. All I want is my money back, a good nights sleep!! I am so frustrated it is beyond. I own a blow up mattress, I don't want another one.

I would highly recommend a visit to the Sleep Number store. The presentation is interactive and allows you to sample the products both visually as well as touch. Great job at explaining the science behind a good night's sleep. The sleep specialist was knowledgeable and personable.

Sleep Number is the best and we love it. It's the most comfortable mattress and feels like I'm sleeping in a cloud. We have four of them and two are in our RV and the other two at the house. We love their sales reps at the mall. They were good people and they have a sense of humor. We always enjoyed chit-chatting with them. They were just very friendly and outgoing. The mattresses were delivered to us but we put them together. We would love to have a Queen that's separated. But we'd have a twin size to sleep on it if they did that.

Bought this 2 years ago and I’m very dissatisfied with it. I believe the guy who set it up didn’t do it right. Set it to 100 and it’s too soft, go lower and it gets even softer. Not happy and would not recommend their product as it’s overpriced and doesn’t give you any better sleep than a Simmons!!!

Easy process beginning to end. Very personal and helpful salesperson that made the whole experience fun and comfortable. We enjoyed feeling the varying levels of firmness and seeing the image of the pressure areas.

Large letter Promise (25 year ltd warranty) fine print realities - 2007 was our purchase year. Found receipt and contacted company. The air pump replacement is much more limited than their BIG LETTER WARRANTY promise in our memory. It's 2 times the cost of a used one on eBay. But if we buy the new one, at least there's a warranty... Hmmm?

I spent the next 2 weeks trying to arrange this. I called the store and customer service no fewer than 30 times. No one got back to me. No calls returned. Nothing but the runaround. Finally I got an invoice from them agreeing to the swap but insisting on charging me a large restocking fee. I called the store manager Francis and explained that I would sue for breach of contract. She said she could no longer help me and not to call back. She then hung up on me. This has been an exercise in futility and frustration. I would stay as far away from this store and this company as possible.

We bought their bedding about four months ago and the sheets are already ripping. They have been washed four times and the quality is terrible. We don't use anything harsh and just use Tide on them. And it's a gentle washing machine with a tumbler type of action, not anything that yanks and jerks. We were told that the lyocell that they used to use which shredded immediately in the drier is now being woven with cotton and that they would last longer but they haven't made it through four washings. And for $250, we think that was a rip off. So we’ll never do bedding with them again until they go to a cotton bedding because this wood pulp thing they're using feels really nice but it doesn't last. But we love the extra elastic on the sheets, they don't come off. But other than that, we've been very satisfied with our Sleep Number beds. We’d recommend them.

Full disclosure - we bought the mattress and frame through a private sale. The mattress is great, Wife enjoys her Sleep # and I enjoy mine... The massage mode is also amazing. The mattress we got is the i8 version and has a nice plush top too. Perfect for us. However, they control their customers by limiting anyone who buys it second hand from being able to use the App that is advertised as part of the bed. In order to use the App, you need a registered account with Select Comfort and you must register your ORDER # with them in order to use the App.

I have been a Sleep Number customer since Jan 8, 2003 and have just replaced it with a newer model like the one my daughter ordered. I slept on her bed and loved it, too bad I waited so long to get my new one!! I love it being extra tall, I am six feet tall and this is perfect!!! Easy to get in and out not like our older bed. My number these days is 85 and my husband’s is 75.

I am a repeat Sleep Number customer. I had the Silver Edition king size bed first. Then my daughter got her queen size. And then, I got the i7 with the adjustable base. I had a Serta before my Sleep Number, and it fell apart. I had to have them come out and find out if it’s still under warranty. They replaced it but the replacement started falling apart, too. So, I decided to go to Sleep Number.

I bought two Sleep Number beds years ago and I got my most recent one this summer. During my first purchase, we had a water bed and I didn’t like it, so I thought I’d try something else. I liked my first Sleep Number, so I bought another one to put on our fifth wheel. I’m satisfied with my two old Sleep Numbers. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that with the king size one that we bought this year, it’s hard to keep the top sheet on it. I can get fitted sheets for the bottom sheet, but I haven’t found any fitted top sheet. The top sheet just won’t stay tucked under and it just keeps coming out. But I like that I can raise both the head and foot of the bed. The delivery was fine but they could have spent a little more time showing me how to use the controls. We sleep better with Sleep Number overall and my husband doesn’t snore as much.

With the Sleep Number bed, I can raise my feet and raise my head if I want it. I can adjust the pressure of the bed on either side as well. If I feel I’m comfortable with the head, I can put it back, and the same thing goes with my feet. I’m satisfied that I can do what I want with it. I have several back problems and if I want it adjusted to fit my position on my back, I could. I have two Sleep Number beds right now. One is less than a year and the other one is three years. It’s expensive but if people want it, they have to pay for it. Financially, it's not worth the money, but what choice do I have when I want something? Their sales reps were nice and the delivery team was good. Having a Sleep Number is rewarding, and I'd recommend it.

We love our Sleep Number bed so much, I use to dread coming home and getting ready for bed because our bed was awful tossing and turning. Now I come home and I have to resist from taking a nap just so I can go to bed early, just to be able to lay on my side and fall right to sleep. My cat Batman loves our bed also, he comes in from playing get him a little bite of food and drink and right to bed he goes, he loves his Daddy's Sleep Number over mine which is great. We purchased an adjustable bed from Sleep Number and we love it. We use the feature for the head the most. My wife has acid reflux and I have sleep apnea and it works great. We sleep better. We also slept really good on the old Sleep Number bed we had which was 17 years old but we never had a complaint with it. Also, the cost is worth what we paid for and the quality is just fantastic. Sleep Number always had a good quality product and I don't think they scamped any on this one.

I have four Sleep Number bed and a couple of pillows. I always wait until they have a sale then I purchase. Sleep Number representatives were helpful and they delivered the bed through UPS. I love the bed and I like that each side can be adjusted. I started out getting for myself and one for our guest room so that the guest can adjust the bed. I know several people who had Sleep Number so it was the reason we went with them because other people told us that they had a good experience.

Less than 6 months after spending $8,000 on Sleep Number bed, one side started losing air. Zero customer service other than giving me instructions on how to check product. Decided to pay the service call fee ~$200 & found faulty air pump leaking air. It's a manufacturing defect & within warranty, so luckily they are sending me the $600 part for free. Unfortunately I have to do repair myself based on email video tutorial and won't send tech to fix covered manufacturer's defect! This is a luxury product with a self-service customer service policy. Very disappointed!!! Tech who identified problem even told me they have zero follow up & I would have to do everything myself. So disappointed - it's an overpriced air mattress. Wish I could get a refund!

It's wonderful with Sleep Number. I had a lot of back problems and I had tried several different mattresses. I tried Sleep Number because it was an adjustable mattress. I tried a pillow one time, but it didn't fit me just right, so I ended up taking it back and exchanging it. But I bought the full set with my king size. This one was for a camper. So, I just bought the mattress and the cover. This is my second mattress to buy from Royce. He's at the Sleep Number store in Huntsville, and he's a great salesman. He's very professional and super helpful. They shipped it both times and I was able to follow directions in setting it up.

The unit doesn't move on the platform, which I like a lot. I have put mine on an articulating bed frame that originally held an iComfort bed. I can elevate it without it moving. It works real well because they had the foot and it stays with the platform very well. The Sleep Number’s quality has been excellent. The only thing we've ever had to do is replace the pump on the old one, which was a very easy process.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever seen and I wonder that they are still in business. Since nothing can be done with this thing, we have to rotate the mattress top every night and it isn't square, so half the time it doesn't fit the bed. But as soon as you sleep on it, the cratering starts again and we wake up in fairly deep depressions with aching backs. I have severe back problems and now they are worse. I weigh less than 100 pounds and my husband is about 140. We are hardly a weight problem for the mattress. I am so sick of this thing and I absolutely hate it. The product is worthless and the customer service could not care less. Thanks to this thing, my back is so much worse and I wake up in complete misery. I would never recommend this company or their product to anyone. Go elsewhere! We are going out tomorrow to buy another mattress and throw this one in the dump where it belongs. Actually, if I could, I would give it NO STARS.

I like the vibration which was the movement between the head and the feet. The lights underneath the bed are awesome because you can add other things to the light control and that can go on at the same time. As you turn on the lights on the bed, another light or a heating pad can go on or whatever you want to plug in can go on too so that is a cool option. The mattress has been good for everybody. We've had our mattresses in our camper, at home and we've given them as gifts as everybody could use one of these. The only thing is some people don't want to pay the price for a good sleep and that's been the thorn in the paw if you will. The adjustable bed was pretty heavy so it was nice that the delivery team was there when we did the setup in one room. I’ve told my friends to go for Sleep Number since it's worth the money and worth the investment in your life.

This did slightly help the comfort but in the long run I still wake with back pain and get out of bed after 4 hours of laying down. My wife dislikes the fact if she moves from her 2-foot width of bed that the firmness level changes. We both think that the $7000+ that we spent for this bed was the worst waste of money we could have done. We were perfectly happy with the 10-year-old mattress we had but thought it would be a good time to invest in new and give our old to our son who was moving out. He still refuses to trade us for our high dollar blow up mattress with adjustable base that squawks when you adjust it.

Their sleep mask is quite durable, going through washings and lasting for months/years - forgot when I bought the first one. Expect years of service from them. (I ordered a second one to have a spare, in case I misplaced one.) My orders arrived, promptly. Customer service was quite courteous. I just ordered an electric blanket, but it has not had time to arrive.

We had a very bad experience. From the start, the bed kept deflating on my husband’s side. We kept putting his setting back in, and bed kept deflating. Then the remote kept saying "connectivity error". We went away for a week, came back and my husband sat on his side of the bed, and was sitting on the base. I called customer service and the manager of the Sarasota store to have this bed picked up. It was too big of an expense to have so many problems. Both insisted I had to pay the fee of close to $200 to pick up this defective bed. Now, I will take up the matter with the credit card company. Very poor customer service! I paid to have it delivered. Why should I be responsible for another charge to pick up a defective bed? My sister was going to purchase one. I told her about my problems, and she won't be purchasing one.

Fast friendly service on all fronts from the store to the delivery crew. Only been one night on the bed and it's very comfortable, once I get my Sleep Number nailed down I'm sure it will be the most comfortable bed I will ever own.

I contacted customer support yet again to express my extreme disappointment. Had I known, I would have purchased the i10 that had the under-bed lighting that automatically came on and off. They told me I could exchange the bed, but wanted to charge me a $500 restocking fee and another $179 for the delivery. I asked several times if this could be waived, as I felt I was not informed correctly of the features of the base. Not even their own customer service department knew the difference between the i10 FlexFit 3 base and the iLE FlexFit 3 base.

We’ve had a Sleep Number for 20 years. We’ve tried a regular mattress but we did not like it and we went back to Sleep Number. Their reps were very helpful and not pushy at all. The mattress was FedEx-ed to us and setting it up was very easy. I’m having a lot of problem with the IQ though as it's not being read. I’ve called Sleep Number several times and I even went online but it keeps saying that it’s offline even though we're not. But that aside, the mattress is very good quality and I'm very pleased with it.

Purchased my bed in 2014 in September. Have had few good nights of sleep since. When I was having issues at first, they offered to send me replacement chambers. They did and it didn't fix any problems - not to mention it was a terrible pain in the butt to take apart the bed and put together the new parts. I've stopped dealing with customer service because they can't fix my problem - it's been too long. In the last week, our bed has went from bad to worse. I literally cannot lay in bed for longer than about 5 minutes without being in severe pain. I've slept in the living room chair several nights and I want this nightmare to end. Unfortunately it's outside the time I can get rid of this hunk of junk and get a replacement or refund. Do not purchase a bed - I don't think I would sleep on one for free at this point. I'm miserable and sick of this bed.

I've been perfectly happy with Sleep Number. I find it to be extremely helpful for my back. I don't have near the back pain that I once did. The only issue I have ever had was on my first one, the zipper got hung on the mattress cover, and I sent it back. It was absolutely great customer service, and I'll keep coming back. The customer service makes it all worthwhile to me. My king's in storage right now because we're waiting to build a house. But I need a new pillow top, and I liked that you can purchase those parts separately, I don't have to purchase the whole bed again.

I like my Sleep Number. The sales rep was very pleasant and a very capable young man. I had no problems with how he dealt with my purchase. They sent a delivery team and they knew what they were doing. They did an excellent job. I'm a happy customer.

We went to Sleep Number to purchase a bed for the master bedroom. It's a king split with the flexible fit addition. We had hoped that we could both sleep in the same bed with the Sleep Number being able to reduce my husband snoring. However that was not the case. So a year later we bought another bed for him in our guest room. We both enjoy the Sleep Number bed option of soft to hard. I would highly recommend Sleep Number beds. The sales staff is very helpful and it is worth the price. I hope we will continue to enjoy our beds for a long time.

I looked at the warranty for the bed and it indeed said no small children or pets should go under bed. Then really they should have asked us if we have small children or pets and never sold us the bed. We never got the warranty until the bed was delivered. Too little too late. We want our dogs to go on or under our bed... They are our family. We will have to have bed repaired on our money... They wouldn't even share expenses. They were just rude. I would never deal with this company again and we are letting all our friends know too. Store number 10196-10196 the Florida Mall Orlando.

I ordered this i10 bed and waited two months for delivery. I was excited to have this high-end bed. But, from the start it did not function properly. On average once a week one side of the bed would not register any data and many other times the data was wrong. While the co. said they were working to fix the problem nothing was done so at the end of the 100 day trial period we returned the bed. This is the first time I returned a defective product and was charged $200 to have it picked up. Very dissatisfied. I tried to post this review at Sleep Number and they said it didn't comply with their requirements for a review.

We have had our Sleep Number bed for less than 2 years. A couple of months ago my side started deflating in the middle of the night. This was similar to a problem that occurred right after we got the bed. Sleep Number sent a new part via mail and when the repair guy checked it he said he couldn't find a problem. Now I am experiencing something similar and my husband has spent countless hours on the phone in which they walk him through fixing, really? This is a $6,000.00 bed and less than 2 years old and my husband has to fix it. They are sending another part (3rd time same part) so I have no illusion that this will fix the problem, but am left with very few choices. Buyer beware, they love to sell you the product, but when you have an issue, be prepared to take phone classes on fixing your bed. Needlessly to say, I will be purchasing a new bed very soon and will NEVER, NEVER purchase a Sleep Number bed.

Tried to call to return due to more back issues with this bed. Said we had to keep it 30 days before returning. Listen. No one uses the bed. It sits unused taking up space. I want it returned ASAP to go back to our old bed. Also we were never told about the adjustable base not being returnable. Started order online. Someone called from Sleep Number and did the order for us. No store not online. Wife had failed epidurals leading to major back problems and this bed makes it worse. I understand shipping and set up fees not being returned but a base come on it’s a small metal frame. Also delivery was crap. They set it up and basically said lay on it to find your number. No tutorial at all.

I have had the Sleep Number bed for 4 years. I am the only one who sleeps on it and I am under 200 lbs. I do not misuse it and I am not in any way rough on it. Recently it started to deflate during the night. I followed the troubleshooting directions to find out that it is the air chamber. I contacted the company and was told that it was covered, but prorated. I don't usually read all of the fine print and I am sure that I missed the point that says that a bed that advertises a 25 plus year warranty would not last 5 years without me paying more for normal use. I am EXTREMELY unhappy. I am looking for another bed that can't deflate!

Honestly this has been the worst customer service of my life. I would warn people not to buy a Sleep Number, and the Las Vegas Blvd location in particular. When I bought the mattress and adjustable frame, I showed the salesperson pictures of my bed and they assured me the adjustable would go right on top and fit perfectly. When they delivered the frame, it did not fit. It was too big. The deliverers (and my salesperson Dave) told me just to accept the frame, that the company would send me a smaller adjustable as a straight "swap" for no additional charge.

We had to exchange our DualTemp device and everyone we spoke to showed tremendous enthusiasm. For some unknown reason, only one side of the bed worked. The customer service staff were happy to help us. It was a great experience!

Our testing revealed common household mold levels were in each case lower than mold levels typically found in normal outdoor air and were generally lower than or comparable to mold levels found within buildings with good air filtration systems. We have been advised by independent experts that for consumers with mold allergies to be affected, the mold spores must be airborne or otherwise come in direct contact with the consumer, and this does not appear to be caused by our product.

I purchased a Sleep Number. Sleep Number lost record of my order. I offered for them to look up my record by serial number. They refused. I was promised a callback by Sean the Manager at my local store. He hasn't called. I was promised a callback from the National Support Center. No one has called. DON'T buy a Sleep Number. They will not honor the warranty!!!

Very pleased with the employees of this company. We very much enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to our friends and family. The demonstration at the Emeryville store was very informative and the changes that we made with the customer service department to change the mattress to be delivered wet seamlessly very pleased.

I have a military background and I got tired of having bad shoulders, a bad back, back knees and sore joints. I purchased the mattress, pillows and the sheet set from Sleep Number and they are all excellent. Their sales reps were also unbelievably kind and very knowledgeable about their product. I knew exactly what I was looking for when I went to their store and they still walked me through all the beds and went to the whole demonstration with me. It's the best selling experience I ever had. Their delivery team was also awesome and great.

I love my bed. Worth waiting for! When I get up in the morning I don’t even have to make it. I don’t toss and turn, I just pull the blankets to smooth them out. Couple of issues with parts and WlFi but they are being worked out. Set up people were very professional. Customer service is very helpful.

Horrific Customer Service - Worst Purchasing Experience Ever. Our P5 arrived Monday 10/30/17 with missing and apparently used parts. Based on assurance from supervisor that they would overnight parts and have crew there to install that week, we let our old set go. Call arrived hours later to schedule installation weeks later, but that was unacceptable since they had promised installation that week. Our attempts to resolve were met with repeated failure of Customer Service to call us back as promised... And we were left feeling hostage in our own home as we waited day after day for calls that never came.

I have two smart classics blankets - the pewter and the wheat colors. The pewter I have had no issues with however the wheat purchased in September 17 washed once pilled in a manner in which we had to vacuum both our washer and dryer's out. We also spent over an hour vacuuming the blanket. We spent 30 mins on hold with customer service to be told that the manufacturer (you) say this is normal wear and tear and that you can not do anything. A path of pilling from one room to another is normal??!? That's ridiculous. No one should buy this blanket in this color and Sleep Number should have done something to make this right as I am no longer able to use the blanket because in additional to the lost money for the blanket, it could also break our washer and dryer or clogged our vents and started a fire. I expected more from your company and its products.

Due to medical issues, we purchased another bed - split - for almost $10,000 less than 3 yrs ago. For 2 of those 3 yrs, our controls have not worked on either side & the mattresses are separating. To get this JUST looked at is almost $200 -- THAT'S LUDICROUS!! My husband & I are in our 70's & cannot physically crawl under the bed to DIY the problem, even if we knew what we were doing! Electricians, HVAC, plumbers - all skilled workmen - don't charge that much for a service call. This is a ripoff! Your company should be ashamed of charging exorbitant prices for basic service. I don't expect it to be free, but reasonable!!!! Never again!

It's been so long ago I don't have the order number anymore. I loved the bed when I first got it and then the foundation gave out. Sleep Number sent me a new one at no charge. Now the sides have given out and it leaks air and I have to boost it every three or four nights. It is supposed to be guaranteed for 20 years, but when I got ready to move and found the information I discovered that it would only give me credit towards the purchase of a new bed and on a sliding scale of how long I had had it. I don't know why it leaks and the sides giving out is a design flaw.

We are happy with our old Sleep Number we've had for 12 years and it's still being used. We were considering to buy a new one and the Sleep Number sales rep was very helpful and very familiar with our old bed. He was able to point out the differences between the old one and the new. With the new one that we got, I like that I could adjust the back and the legs. Also, I like its firmness which is the primary aspect of the bed and each side has a separate setting which is very advantageous. The new one is quite a bit different from the old in terms of the size and it seems like there’s more space under the new one.

I ended up in Spring Field one day and their store was still in the mall. I told them that I bought an extra sheet that I didn't like. My husband said it was like sleeping under a Kleenex and he didn't like them and they're more than happy to look up what sheet I bought and what I didn't like. Also, my husband has changed pillows a couple of times and they look up what he had the last time. They have been more than helpful. Also, they've all been equally nice in all the stores that we visited.

We purchased this bed at the end of October. The day they installed we called because the right side of the bed sagged greatly compared to the left side. We were assured a tech would be right back to correct. After 2 additional calls a promises to correct, no one ever showed to any of the appointments. We had to call twice to return since they don't honor their own policies, promises or simple appointments. Customer service reps couldnt care less that I've missed work multiple times to wait on no-show techs. They never offered a discount, correction or anything other than the scripted "I understand your frustration". I have never been so angry and appalled about such a lack of professional responsibility. Stay far far away!

We ordered the ILE online and spoke with customer service to get questions answered. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the different beds. They were patient with our repeated concerns. We also ordered an air pillow. We'll have to wait and see if it is good. The items have shipped and are en route!

Upon going into the store shopping for a bed, we were guaranteed 100 nights that if for any reason we did not like the bed we could return it. We purchased a Sleep Number ILE, we had to wait 5 wks before getting bed due to salesman error ordering us a Cali king instead of a regular king split. We received bed on 10/3/17. I was very uncomfortable. I called the store several times, even customer svc. They all told me the same thing, I need to find my right Sleep Number position. I tried every setting. My husband noticed the left side of my body was higher than my right side laying in the middle of the mattress. Called customer svc again. They said it had to be a defective pump. They shipped out a new pump and another part.

Pump failed in middle of night, deflating both sides. I've had seven spinal surgeries in four years, which is why I bought the stupid thing. Phone support had me crawling on the floor like a two year old unplugging things and replugging them. Then they tell me I have to wait to have a pump shipped in 5-7 days, then crawl under the bed to install myself. If that doesn't work, and only then, will I be graced with the privilege of a service call under what you call a warranty - during a Holiday week, so I'm not holding my breath on expediency there either. In the meantime, do my wife and I sleep on the floor? The lawn, as it might be softer? Or do I pay the $100 plus per night to sleep in a hotel? I expect more for an overpriced product.

We totally regret this purchase and feel duped by the sales team and our sales person Amy, from the Brentwood, California showroom for not informing us that the flex fit does not come with the 100 night warranty and that the sale is final on the flex fit base. We were also never informed that the Flex Fit mattress would separate immediately and worsen over time. The only reason we purchased this new bed was because ours was destroyed in a house fire on July 26th. Unfortunately, this purchase has left a bad taste in our mouths because the quality of the materials and workmanship is subpar to our first bed. Yes, David had our bed replaced but the bed is not much better than the first.

I had Sleep Number for probably 20 years before. Then recently, I purchased a base and an i7 mattress. Their sales professionals were knowledgeable and planted us towards the bed that would fit our needs. And the delivery team set the bed in a very short time and showed me how to use the bed as it was different from the old one I had. He also showed me how to take it down because I was going to be moving in a month. They were helpful and nice. Sleep Number products have very good quality and last a lot longer than the regular mattress.

I've bought air pad camping mattresses that were 100% odor & toxic chemical free. I thought for sure Sleep Number would surpass a camping air pad in every aspect. Nope! This is a highly toxic bed. Full of chemical odors! If you are chemical sensitive you will notice it right away. If you are not chemical sensitive you will develop a "mystery illness" until you finally put two & two together (if you're lucky), before you poison yourself to death. I am livid!!! I had to pay for shipping to get it here, & now I'll have to pay for shipping to send the POS back. Oh well, hard lesson learnt, but at least I won't be paying the doctor bills that this mattress would have undoubtedly created.

I love my Sleep Number bed. We bought it as a replacement for the Sleep Number bed that we had for 10 years. The reps were very knowledgeable. They also made sure that we tried several different ones to see what best fit our needs and helped us find the one that we needed to have. We had it delivered and the delivery team was very thorough and expedient in getting it set up. They then cleaned up everything afterwards. They also made sure that we knew how to use the remote.

We’re very pleased with our new Sleep Number. We’ve had their products at home for about 12 years now. The only thing is, we’re wondering now if we should’ve looked further in the store as far as other products. We now see things advertised whereas it will automatically lower and make your head higher, etc. But we knew what we wanted, and we got it. And we plan to go back and look at the sheets that are made specifically for the mattress. Our current full and bushy sheets are a bear to get on because of the thickness of the spring.

If you are looking at a sleep number bed you have no warranty. If you read other issues you will find they are quick to add charges. We will be buying new mattress for our guest room and RV and this company will not even be a consideration. If someone ask me about the mattress I will tell them there is no warranty and any issues will mean a do it yourself and no customer service.

Sales clerk, Victor **, was very knowledgeable, pleasant, confident and professional. Knew the product inside and out. I have many physical issues, and he explained how to make the bed work for me. I'm looking forward to my new bed delivery right after Thanksgiving!!!

I explained the local Health dept. had a look at the pillow top and recommended I immediately dispose of the top and gave me specific directions on how to dispose of it properly!!! I paid approximately $4500 for this bed and have never ask Sleep Number for any warranty till this then I get the runaround. I am in the market to replace this bed within the next couple of weeks with a Cal King I8, but if this is their warranty service I think I look at other beds. A new I8 Cal King is in the $4800 area and pretty much NO Warranty!!!

The woman who assisted us was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. But since my parents were referring us, the sales reps looked up my parents' account to give them the referral and merged our account with theirs. So now, all of our stuff were under one customer account number and it's the biggest headache. We have tried talking to them and they won't split our customer numbers. They said that if we separate the accounts, whoever was going to be separated would lose the Sleep Number points that we’ve already accumulated. Since my parents had a Sleep Number for years and I was going to remove myself from theirs, I would lose the credit of buying our mattress as they would have to create a new profile for me. That’s the biggest down setter.

I had my first Sleep Number going on 13 years and it was time to replace it. I had referred enough people and I used the referral stuff to help me upgrade. And I recently purchased a C4. I like the comfort it gives and how it relieves the stress of my back pain. Even though I had a previous purchase in the store, they still treated me like a new customer. They didn't assume anything and they went through everything with me. The bed was delivered via UPS and I set it up myself. The process was pretty self-explanatory.

We went from a waterbed to a Sleep Number and when we moved, I was having back problems again so we went back to our Sleep Number. We replaced it with a new one recently and it's about the same as the old one except we only have one remote for this while the other had two remotes. Their sales rep was very informative and very nice. He explained well but we were almost familiar with everything. We were pleased with him. The delivery was fast and easy, and the new bed is of high-quality. Everything worked out great and Sleep Number should keep doing what they’re doing.

We had been looking at Sleep Number for a couple of years and when my wife got pregnant, I thought the bed would be really good for her positioning, to be able to sleep in a different position and for the bed to be able to adjust to each one of us. My wife likes it a lot softer and a lot firmer. We got the bed, the adjustable base, a set of sheets and recently bought pillows and a couple of more sheets.

We purchased a Sleep Number bed on 11/15/17. We had to wait 4 weeks for the delivery of the bed. The day before our scheduled delivery, I received a text that they would be here between 5pm-8pm. At 7:30pm the day of delivery, we received a call from the driver stating he was running behind and was not going to be able to make it. He told us that customer service should have contacted us in the early afternoon letting us know. No one called. In the meantime, I tore our old bed apart and moved it out of the room. After going around and around with Customer Service (they wanted to reschedule in mid-January), we were given another delivery date of yesterday.

We bought our first Sleep Number bed in 2007 and we have three beds from them. The recent purchase was with a base because we bought it for a second home. Their sales professionals were helpful and since we knew what we wanted, they tried to help us understand the different bed components. The delivery wasn’t a long wait. The team put it right in my garage then we set up the bed. Two of my daughters bought beds and I have a third one ready to buy a bed. We’re hooked and I can’t compare any bed to a Sleep Number. It’s quality is excellent.

I’ve had Sleep Number before it went with my wife after we separated. Since I already have the frame, I only bought the new bed 3 months ago. The sales rep was fantastic, knew everything that was going on and has great professionalism. Also, the delivery team was good. Sleep Number has great beds and I’ve recommended them before.

Bought in MA about three years ago. Moved to CT and the movers stripped the plug off the wire harness and lost it. Called the MA store and was told they don't do repairs and I am out of their service area. Called the CT store and was told they don't service their beds. They gave me the number of their contract service provider, who apparently doesn't service their beds either, because I have been trying for a year to get him out here and he no longer returns my calls. So if you want a fairly complicated system with ZERO service support, give this one a try!

We enjoy the bed and we look forward to seeing our analysis every morning. We are surprised sometimes when I've slept like a dead log. I slept better but it says that my Sleep IQ was only a 75. My sleep was underrated but I was happy. In addition, we recommended Sleep Number to our son due to our first mattress. He has a Sleep Number with the adjustable base. He loves it and we're glad.

We liked our first Sleep Number bed that we bought 15 years ago and that’s why we bought a second one last summer. All the people that we came in contact with were very nice and knew what they were talking about, and we liked that. For the second bed, the people that we dealt with went through all of the different beds that they had in the store. We tried them all and came up with the one we got as the one we liked the best. The delivery went very well and they did an excellent job. With the second bed, we like that we can raise the head and the feet, which we didn’t have on the first one.

Silly me, after shelling out big bucks for this bed I thought someone would fix serious problems. After about 6 months one side has developed an air leak. Apparently I must diagnose and fix this myself. They sent me a video with intricate instructions for tearing the bed down to the air bladders. Then I must put in some plugs that are taped somewhere. Then I must put the bed back together and wait to see if the air loss persists. Depending on the answer they send me parts which I must tear down the bed again and install. If I had known I was the repairman, a purchase this expensive and complex would not happen. I will continue to write complaint on Google, Yelp and everywhere I can find. This is a rip.

We just purchased a P8 pillow top and our delivery date was for Nov. 7th at 8pm. The delivery guy was very nice and set it all up. So this was my first night and when we woke up the left side was totally deflated. My husband was trying to see what was wrong but the pump would not work. He called customer service and he had to do a diagnostic test first before they would do anything. So when my husband came home after work he was under the bed trying to figure it out how to do this test which was very hard. We are thinking if this already happened now after 24hrs of having it how are we going to do these tests when we get older. There's no way! Now we have to wait 2 weeks to get a tech to come back out. We are not satisfied and can't return until Dec. 7th and the base is non-refundable. The shipping is not included either. I don't get to test it out now. So unhappy! Buyer beware!

I spoke to customer service months ago who confirmed this information. But if I buy a car, I don't lose access to features included with the car. If I buy a computer, I still get to use the features of the operating system it comes with... but Select Comfort doesn't get it - they FORCE people to buy their bed direct and have their own Order # to use the App that is actually built into the control module that comes with our bed. The App is on my phone... but they won't let me use it. Not right. What will this mean to us - we tell others it's a decent bed BUT their software is crap. They are forcing users to buy direct from them and not resell their bed.

I have never been treated like that before. I was shocked, all this happened less than 2 weeks! William was horrible and I will never put my foot in that Sleep Number store again. I work in the medical field if I get treated like that I would not have a job. This my 1st time dealing with your company. I'm still in shock. I don't know what to do with my pillow. I paid all that money and my time was wasted and was treated horribly. Now I can understand why that store was empty every time.

I’ve had four Sleep Number beds over the years. I only get the mattress and the bedding. The reps were knowledgeable and they treated me very well. The delivery went fine for the recent one. The quality of the bed is terrific and if anybody is ever having back problems like occasionally they get a sore back, the adjustability of the firmness of the bed is very helpful in that respect.

Today the bed was installed so I contact the Sleep Number service to get the replacement remote only to be told by the rep's that they have never heard of the bed frame (again was purchased through Sleep Number) and that I cannot get a replacement remote. So I spent the extra money for a split top only to be told now I cannot use it because I cannot get the remote! I am guessing if I would have bought through the store things would have worked out better or at least known the truth about this.

My wife and I paid over 6k for the bed (cash sale) and truly do like the product. However I would NEVER recommend the Greenwood Store under any circumstances. That's ok. The BIG COMPANY WINS AGAIN. Piss on the little guy that helps make you company continue to grow. I sure hope you take this advise very seriously and never purchase a DAMN thing from this location. One of the very worse display of professionalism I have experienced. Stay away. They will tell you anything to get a sale.

The foam padding that goes around the bed which is under the sheet so that the mattress has got some sturdiness to the outside edges should be made sturdier. I end up sitting on the edge of the bed a lot or my dog shove us over to the edge of the bed to sleep, and so that gets worn down faster than anything. But other than that, it's a fabulous product. It's the bed we have ever owned and we'll never own any other kind.

I purchased a Sleep Number bed in Vancouver, Washington and was set up with home delivery, which came with over a $200 fee - I was fine with it because it seemed necessary and convenient, let me start by saying it was far from convenient. My order tracker said my order would be arriving the 28th, 2 weeks after my purchase. The bed did not arrive on the 28th, on the 29th I received a call from a young man letting me know they would "DEFINITELY" be arriving between 5 pm and 8 pm and would give me a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival. At 7:45 pm I received a phone call from the same person saying they were running behind and were unsure if they would be able to make it, I asked them to please keep me updated on their arrival time as I had already missed 2 nights of work waiting for them.

We bought a Sleep Number 20 something years ago, and we enjoyed it. We had a California king and we had put it in our waterbed frame. We got a second one and thought we might prefer one that the head could be raised, and then my husband decided to go with the feet thing, and we’re finding that’s kind of useless except when we’re just laying around watching TV. But we enjoy our Sleep Number and it’s got great quality. We’re using it and it’s working for us. Their sales reps have done very well too. We visited several stores and everybody that we’ve ever talked to has been very knowledgeable.

Somebody from Corporate needs to call me ASAP. I have spent countless hours on the phone this week and re-arranged my schedule multiple times to try and accept your broken delivery process, and now that I finally had a schedule that works, I was just sent an email with a completely different schedule time. This process is BROKEN, and I don't want some crappy "case manager" that apparently can't do anything about it.

My husband and I are excited to receive our new Sleep Number bed. I like a very soft mattress and my husband likes a firm one, so this way, with the Sleep Number bed, we can both be happy sleepers!! For 20 years, my side of the bed has been 4 inches taller because I have been using egg crate and foam cushions to soften our mattress. Finally, our bed will not look so bizarre, and we will both be comfortable and well-rested. Thank you, Sleep Number! For the amount of time people spend in bed, I wish we had made this investment years ago!

I had been to the store several times. I went into a store to make my final decision and was told by another salesperson (my salesperson was not in that day) that the iLE with the FlexFit 3 base had the same exact lighting as the i10 that came on automatically when your feet hit the floor and went back off after you got back into bed. With the pricing, I opted for the iLE because it was at a lower price point and had the lighting that I needed and liked.

I just have to add my comments about our Sleep Number Bed. My husband has end stage lung disease. He has had so much trouble sleeping it was unreal. I too myself suffer from extensive damage to my back. I had tried so many beds, heard so many promises of relief that it became a joke to me. Then we walked into a Sleep Number store. The promise was great, even tried it in the store. Ok this was great, so we ordered our bed. The great news IT WORKS. My husband sleeps great, as for me well I will NEVER complain again. What was promised was true, I will recommend this bed to anyone. THANK YOU SLEEP NUMBER!

I want to break this into two parts. The service and process of buying the product and the service to setup the bed in house. I will start with the good. The employees that setup my bed did a wonderful job, very polite and courteous. I would give them a 4 or 5 rating. Now the purchasing process. I went to a brick and mortar store to check out each of the options but I purchased the mattress online. During the process, I explained I have an existing adjustable bed that I purchased from Sleep Number during my first purchase and that I wanted to get a new split top to put on this bed. No problem.

Completely wonderful experience with you all from your sales team to delivery. Having the online support available to answer any questions was extremely helpful. Delivery was at the beginning of our five hour time slot - incredibly helpful. Fantastic company. Will recommend to everyone.

Split King iLE, Sleep IS - Love the split articulated bed. I am somewhat disappointed in the quality of the pillowcases. They seem to be sewed on the base therefore impossible to get a flat edge when I tried to iron it out. The flat and fitted sheets are fine.

My husband might not be quite as ecstatic about the bed as I am because he’s not as particular as I am about the mattress that he sleeps on. So, he might have been convinced to go to a conventional mattress if the price had been a lot cheaper. But when we went looking at quality mattresses, we didn’t find any to be cheaper than Sleep Number. I also insisted on it because I didn’t want to be stuck with a conventional mattress that may be fine today, but not acceptable three months from now when stress has built up at work or maybe I’m doing a new exercise routine or I’m sick. I put my foot on it and the husband acquiesced.

Rudy was an awesome salesman in the Orem UT Sleep Number store. I would recommend him to any customer. Give him a try. Our experience was exceptional. This gentleman had patience and a vast knowledge of the sleep world. He didn’t try to upsell us, very attentive to our needs.

We ordered a Sleep Number over a year ago. We had it custom set up with all the extras. My wife and I slept on this bed for 2 weeks before deciding that this was the most uncomfortable bed we had ever had. The 30 day return policy is a joke. They make you pay for the return and give you no option to take it to a store. Also they refused to take the extras back. Over a year later they are wanting us to pay over 900 dollars for 2 sets of sheets that were never opened and the Sleep Number app service as well. The true colors of their marketing tactics are as a snake in the grass. Be warned. This is a terrible product and even worse customer service. 2 years later we are still being told that we should have returned the extras, but they will not take them??? Someone please explain that logic???

Crappy air pump and crappy customer service - I'm out 2 weeks on a replacement part. Meanwhile I'm back to my trusty Coleman cot and Thermarest camp mattress. And my wife and 9-month old are confined to either the couch or a crappy old twin mattress. Thanks for nothing.

We got five to seven different Sleep Numbers in our possession and I purchased an adjustable queen bed, mattress and the vibrator over a year ago. I was also getting the warranty worked on. I have arthritis in my spine now and I wasn't getting a really good sleep so my sleep doctor told me to find out what's going on, and I thought it could be the mattress. I told Sleep Number about my concern when I called and they said, "Try this." I've had problems with the immediate store but the main number was great during the follow-up. The main store gave me information that wasn't true but I asked if there is a main number I can talk to then I called their 800 number. They proceeded to ask me tons of questions and got to the root of the problem and that was perfect. The quality of the bed is awesome and they can practically meet everybody's needs.

We bought the i10 bed and at that time the king size was 2 twin mattresses put together. Salesperson swore to me that these 2 mattresses would not come apart. Well they did and now we have a huge gap in the middle. Customer service told us to undo the mattresses and see if the foam was good. Everything inside both bed were good. So then they tried to sell me a p9 mattress which was $800.00 off for everyone. We bought 4 beds from this company and this is how they handle their customers? Do not buy any of their beds. They do not warrant anything! Customer service is a joke!

We bought a Sleep Number back in 2006 and we still got it. We've enjoyed it so much that I got another one for my bedroom now that my wife and I are sleeping separately because of my medical problems. It's helped tremendously with my rest so I'm very happy with it. And our experience with their sales team has always been excellent. We've been to four different stores and have dealt with them over the years between buying bedding, etc. and about four different Sleep Numbers. We had our latest purchase delivered and the delivery team has been very good as well. They're very knowledgeable and they knew what they were doing. They did a very nice job of putting the bed together. They showed us the features of the bed and how to use it. We already have the same thing with the other bed that we have. It was the old 7000, as they called it back when we bought that one 11 years ago.

The base for my bed has 12 legs! It is two separate frames set side by side and held together with a sheet. I am satisfied with the mattress but the frame is embarrassing. It is not something I expected from Sleep Number. Very disappointed!

I called customer service just now about the modular base that came with our Sleep Number ILE bed we purchased 3 years ago. The plastic had warped and cracked. I expected it would be a hassle but the representative immediately helped me get a replacement. After she said they would replace it, ship the new one with 2-day air shipping and send shipping labels for the broken one to be returned, I just said "Oh, wow! Ok." I was honestly shocked at the no-hassle quick service. She was very nice and helpful and got the job done quickly. It took awhile to get someone on the line, but once I did, it went well. Thank you! We love our Sleep Number bed!

Purchased an i10 360 bed on 9/30/17. Paid for and scheduled first available delivery on 10/13/17. Broke down our old bed in anticipation of said delivery. Delivery showed up as promised. However, missing a leg. Told by delivery crew they could set the mattress up on our bedroom floor but we wouldn't be able to use the flex fit feature until they could order a leg, have it delivered then schedule another install. Declined this solution. Next solution, leave the bed in boxes in our living room until leg could be ordered, delivered and install scheduled. Declined this solution as well and refused delivery.

We bought our bed in 2015. Got the top of the line. The salesman pushed the option where we could each control our heads and feet. He assured me that it would not feel like separate beds. I said I wanted the half split option... which is what I thought I ordered. But the bed came separated. I was confused but kept it. I wanted to return it but called the salesman. Said it was good anyway and that it would give us more control and would feel like one bed. He was wrong. DO NOT get this if you like hugging your husband.

Sleep Number is generally a good product. The only thing is it’s hard to know if you need to make the mattress firmer or softer if you’re feeling a certain way. I have arthritis in one of my hips so I'm still playing around with it to try to figure out what's the better number for me because I'll wake up and I'll be sore in my hip area. Nevertheless, I’d recommend Sleep Number. Our overall experience with them has been good.

I ended up upgrading to the i10 with the FlexFit3 base, spending an additional $3,283.94, in addition to the $7K plus I had already spent. I feel completely ripped off and I feel like there was no consideration for my claim. I upgraded my bed to the highest bed they make, so that alone was many dollars spent in the company's favor, and they would not consider waiving the $500 restocking fee and the $179 delivery fee. It is only for this reason I am giving them 1 star... And it is only based on the customer service.

Other than that, we love the bed. It’s comfortable and if I'm not sleeping well because my back is hurting me, I can change the difference of the number and it can help that way. We have 25 different bed settings that we can choose from every night and it fluctuates based on whatever we want. I also looked at the cost and they guaranteed the bed for 25 years. If we’re getting the king-size bed, then we’re going to be spending about a thousand to $1,500 every time that we get a bed and we have to change the mattress about every seven years. So what we’re paying is cheaper over that timeframe since it’s one versus getting a conventional mattress.

The shopping experience was very pleasant. The sales person was wonderful. She (Marty) was knowledgeable and very helpful. We don't have the bed yet, but I am confident we'll be satisfied. I struggled to stay awake on the bed in the store because it was so comfortable.

I love the mattress. What I didn't like is the misleading salesperson I dealt with and the fact that it cost me money. He implied that the bed came with 2 remotes. They actually expect me to run around and find the remote if it's on my husband's side. I didn't mark them down because of this because after I complained they sent me a 2nd one without charge. BUT the dual comfort mat only cools if the room is 72 or lower and only has 3 settings. We told the salesman we didn't have air and he said we could set it at any temp we wanted. No temp settings just 3 speeds and won't work for us anyway without air conditioning since it just circulates the air in the room! I found out in time and am returning it but I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING for something I should have known and wouldn't have purchased if the salesman knew the product or was honest (whichever reason I wasn't told the whole truth). And I can't just take it back to the store.

Their easy to rip sheets are a scam. Do not buy sheets from Sleep Number. They will replace them one time, but what is the point, when they will rip again in no time. I had read reviews about this before purchasing, but was told by the rep at the store it is not true. Mine have ripped twice in simple everyday situations.

We purchased a Sleep Number 5000 bed in 2005 and we were very happy with the product that we got. We had it for 12 years, but then it started sinking in the middle, and it was time for another bed. The sales rep worked with us and I had several phone conversations with him before we actually made the purchase. He was fine, very knowledgeable, and to the point, and he walked us through the different products. We also asked him questions about being a loyal member. We ended up giving up our previous Sleep Number 5000 bed and going with a newer model. We also got the base which moves up and down. So, it's a little better for us, now that we're older.

We are still under warranty, we have had to replace parts as the bed keeps losing air... and we are now told we need to pay $179 in order to schedule a tech to come out and take a look at our bed that is under "warranty"? Not sure they understand the concept of "under warranty"'. Would not recommend this bed to anyone, I will be telling everyone to stay away from it.

We can do troubleshooting right over the phone or online and get a solution on its way to your home often in less time than it would take for a technician to come out to your home and report back to us.

They delivered the bed to the house, took it upstairs and put it all together. Then they showed me how to use the controller, asked if I was okay and then left. It was very quick and efficient. The bed is much more comfortable than the other one I had. Plus, this one has the ability to raise the head and the foot and I found that to be really helpful since I'm a person who reads in bed. I also noticed my back pain is 40% less now than it was on my other mattress. I'm perfectly happy with my Sleep Number. A friend of mine also bought one based on my recommendation.

The first time we talked with their salespeople, it was very easy and non-pressuring, just talking about what they thought we wanted. They said, "Let me get you into Sleep Number just so you can see what your Sleep Number is going to be." They also let us know what the features were, what the potentials could be, let us know about the best and brightest of all of them and let us choose as far as which we wanted to go with anywhere from their lowest end to high end that they had. They told me what my comfort level would be and let us try all of the beds comfortably so I felt pretty good about it.

I've been looking at Sleep Number for years and I heard good things about them, so we decided to bite the bullet and purchase it. We bought an i8 Split King and the sales rep was great. He wasn't pushy at all. He told us the facts and we made up our own minds. The delivery team set the bed up and they were good too. Sleep Number's quality is good and I'm sleeping better now. It's been a good deal for us.

Returning customer after approx 14 years with a Sleep Number bed. Ordered a new I7 and did NOT like it from the get go, starting with them setting up the bed so the legs on one side of bed were higher than the other. After complaining that we were sliding to one side, the sales rep came out and found problem. At least 2 weeks of that fiasco. Still didn’t like the mattress and after going back and forth we decided we would go to the I8. "NO PROBLEM SIR. We will be glad to make the change because we are customer friendly."

We bought a bed from Sleep Number more than 10 years ago and it was time for an upgrade. I sleep on a very hard bed while my husband sleeps on a very soft one so the fact that we could get one bed that could accommodate both were high on the priority list, plus I sometimes adjust mine from week to week depending on what kind of workouts I’ve done or what my work week has been like. So, it’s nice to have that adjustability and not be stuck with one choice of firmness. We also got the bedding and pillows in addition to the adjustable lift king that comes with the ability to raise and lower the foot and head. It was a whole package.

The second mattress I got from Sleep Number was the one with the pillow top and elevates and goes down. It also reports on my every move. We had a good experience with their sales professional and when the mattress was delivered to my home, my wife was there and she said it went fine. All in all, Sleep Number has excellent quality and the remarkable part is that I don’t have any more back pain.

Long story short... I am an insider, which means I have owned a Sleep Number bed for 13 years. My boyfriend also has a Sleep Number bed, which is even older. I decided to upgrade, as I wanted a base that would lift my head and feet and I felt I was due for the upgrade. At the time of my upgrade, the base I was interested in was the base that had the light that turned on when your feet hit the floor and turned off automatically when you got back into bed, as I get up often in the night. The two beds I was considering were the iLE and the i10. I liked the i10 because the base had the lights that turned on automatically when you got out of the bed. However, I liked the iLE also.

I got this for my mother b/c she has severe debilitating arthritis. It's been 3 days since we set the bed up for her and she hasn't called to complain so I believe she's happy with it. Believe me, she would have called if the outcome were any different.

The delivery was schedule for a date of my convenience and the time of day 4-8 PM was also perfect. They arrived after a call made to me. Promptly a few minutes before 4. We’re prepared with all tools and parts. They focused on the Sleep Number Assembly. Completed it in a little over 1 hour, cleaned up the packaging and spent time demonstrating with me.

Yesterday morning, we received a call from a customer service supervisor assuring us that our bed was on the delivery truck and would be delivered. Unfortunately, she was not able to give us a time. At 4pm, I called back again to check on the status. Again I was promised we would have our bed prior to 8pm. At 9pm last night, we tried contacting customer service again but they were closed. So now besides putting our bed back together and tearing it apart twice, I've lost an entire day sitting around and waiting. We have cancelled our order. Unfortunately, I am out now the $500 for the split sheets and mattress pad since I washed them. So unbelievably disappointed. My husband has a broken back and is in a wheelchair. We were hoping a new bed would improve his pain. We will never try to purchase this bed again. How could we possibly trust they would service it timely? Going to take our business elsewhere.

I cannot express how unhappy I am with this company. I was excited about this new bed. In the showroom it was great, quiet and seemed very comfortable. I assumed it was like a regular mattress with bonus benefits. Little did I know when it arrived in two boxes and I watch the two delivery men basically blow up two air mattresses and then put an egg crate on top of it and call it a day.

We went to The Florida Mall Store and our salesperson was Marisol date July 18, 2017. After several hours there we decided to buy the Queen Dual i7 Smart Bed and 360 Flexfit1 base. We also bought a total protection mattress pad, on sale this cost us $4,244.08. Also we made it known we have dogs and dogs were present when bed was delivered. Nowhere in any discussion of the bed did it come up as a problem for dogs and small children. Our dogs have ALWAYS crawled under bed to sleep or if frightened during a thunderstorm. The wires for bed were strung in looped fashion all under the bed frame, they hung down basically loose and attached to parts of frame in different areas. If we had known this we would have not purchased this frame. Or when bed was set up we could have secured the wires out of sight with duck tape so it would not present as a hazard.

Donna, our Sales Person was excellent, very thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with us. We went into the store to just check out the Sleep Number, then was going to check out the iComfort beds. Never did make it over to iComfort, fell in love with the Sleep Number IQ???

While I'm glad our team was able to get you another remote, I apologize for any troubles regarding our Adjustable Bases. It sounds like you're referring to our Wall-hugging feature which is an option only with our FlexFit3 Adjustable Base.

We had a Sleep Number before and we purchased another one. We got the i8 mattress, the base and some pillows. It's the most expensive bed that they have on the market and the sales reps were wonderful. Miranda and her staff at the local store were absolutely phenomenal. However, our experience with the delivery team could have been better. When they installed the i8, they didn't unwrap the base. We had a lot of problems with the base and the heating pad in it was recalled and it was reinstalled this past weekend. There was a lack of communication between the store and the corporate office as nobody knew what was going on. But the local manager did an exemplary job and the quality of the products is great. All in all, they have gone out of their way to appease me and to make me happy. I'm not happy with what occurred but since then, everything has been taken care of in a very exemplary fashion.

I also love the sheets and like the duvet I bought from Sleep Number. My daughter had the cooling pad on hers and she really likes that. The cover of one of the beds was damaged by us over the years so we had a reason to use the lifetime warranty. I contacted Sleep Number to see if I could purchase another one. They looked up my account and were able to provide me with another cover free of charge. It was a very desirable experience because I thought I needed to wash it because it was dirty. But they did that for me. I recommend Sleep Number to everybody that I talked to about mattresses.

He transferred me to a selection area. I spoke to someone else and they transferred me back to customer service which was Hank again. Hank was very rude and I told him he is leaving a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be considering a Sleep Number bed because of him. He said, "Too bad," and hung up the phone. I've been mislead by the salesman at the Millbury store and treated poorly by the 1800 rep Hank. Why would I consider paying $6000 for a bed if I'm treated this way? Famous sarcastically, “I would like to thank the salesman in this representative for preventing me from making a big mistake.”

It was apparent that the first two guys who brought the new bed had very little experience in delivery, customer interaction and setting up the beds. They ripped the mattress cover in the process of setting up the bed. We called the store back and the contractors talked to customer service who said it was totally unacceptable. The new bed was entirely replaced with another new bed. The second team was more experienced than the first team. We recommended that my brother-in-law and his wife get a Sleep Number. They went to a store in Alexandria, Virginia. They ended up liking the bed and bought it. Their delivery team was Sleep Number people. They said the delivery and set up was flawless.

Our friends recommended Sleep Number. We've had our first Sleep Number since 1998 and it was a king-sized bed. Then we purchased the second, a queen size for our son and we've purchased two motorhome beds, one, we purchased about 17 years ago, and then another new motorhome bed we just got this summer. We bought the most recent one because we bought a brand new home and the mattress was very hard. We got rid of the mattress and bought a Sleep Number. It's wonderful. We recommend this bed store to our friends all the time.

My biggest concern about Sleep Number has been the price. It is extremely expensive in light of other mattress companies, but it is definitely durable, our old one was, and I’m hoping this one proves to be that way, too. The pricing would have turned us off completely. But our son is a manager of the store here in town, and he told us when the sales were, and he helped us get it. Otherwise, I would have stuck with the other one.

I'm very happy with my Sleep Number. I've had this brand for years and this is my third bed. I went to their store, looked at different models and found the one that I liked. I also got pillows and mattress covers. Their staff on the phone and in the store were very positive, supportive and helpful. The boxes arrived at my place and then I assembled it. All I needed was the mattress, so they were easy to lay down and put the little pieces together. The products speak for itself. They're good and durable which provide me the comfort that I need.

We were shopping on Labor Day weekend and they were very busy but Sleep Number had enough staff people to deal with everyone that walked in their door. We could not say that for their competitors who were also very busy but only had one staff person working. One, in particular, had us waiting for 20 minutes for their salesperson to talk to us and that was very aggravating. So, I appreciated that Sleep Number was staffing their stores correctly. We got the bed delivered and their delivery team was great. We didn’t have to do anything other than open the door and they took care of everything else so it was perfect. We absolutely love the bed and I always tell all my friends to get a Sleep Number ever since we had our very first one. I’ve also said that everyone would be much happier with a Sleep Number bed. It’s continually customizable so that is well-worth any premium in price.

I have been a Sleep Number customer for over 20 yrs. With my first purchase, I had leaks in the air mattresses & was told to DIY the repairs. I refused & required a "technician" come to my home to replace/repair. The CSR didn't like that, but someone came with replacement parts & repaired the bed satisfactorily. That lasted for over 10 yrs.

I bought this Split King 9 months ago. I called customer service after 1 week because one of the remotes didn't work and the mattress has a large dip on each side. Customer service said this is not normal but gave me no solution. I called back to see if I could get another customer service employee that wanted to help. He wanted me to take the bed apart and see if the air mattress was flat. I did but when I called back he was not the one to help me. That lady got me so frustrated that I assumed it might be a joke. It was not a joke, she just obviously hated her job. The remote on my side still does not work, I use my wife's. My desperate problem now is the dip keeps getting deeper and deeper.

My husband went to a Sleep Number store at the Springfield Mall in Springfield, VA on Saturday, Sept. 9 just to browse. After spending several hours at the store we were finally convinced to purchase a bed. We were given a delivery date of 10/4 which I thought was a bit long but agreed to. My husband took the day out of work to receive the bed. When the delivery was made and the bed put together he discovered that the bed did not work. The mechanical portion made noise but the bed didn’t move. My husband told the techs to take the bed apart and remove it and he refused delivery. The techs were not happy and tried to convince my husband to take delivery anyway promising a new bed or someone to come and repair. He would not and called customer service right then and there.

I purchased some beddings last year or earlier this year but the delivery did not go very well so I'm not really thrilled about the delivery process. The delivery of the blankets took four weeks and the order was mixed up and it was very cumbersome to have something delivered. I get very leery if I want to purchase something that's not stocked in-store because it takes so long. But the bed delivery was timely and I’m satisfied with the products. Sleep Number is great and I’m very happy and very satisfied. They’re worth the money that’s why I keep going back.

Sleep Number's sales rep was fantastic and he was very patient with me. When they were still in the mall in Peoria, I'd come in and out of the store once a week for about a month thinking if I really needed the bed because it cost a lot of money. I finally bought the bed and we loved it. We got some information in the mail that Sleep Number beds were going on sale, and I needed new sheets, so we stopped in and bought another bed and the sales rep was great too. Our first purchase was a little on the warm side so we got a different one. The delivery team was wonderful on both times that we purchased. They wore booties and they were very quick and got things together. They were fantastic.

We LOVE our mattress! My wife has a Fitbit and tracks her sleep and it has been solid sleep since we bought the mattress in June. I love the dual chambers so we can have different settings and we always recommend Sleep Number when people mention they need a new mattress!

The only thing with our king size bed this time is that when the feet and the head goes up, it leaves a very prominent indentation in the middle which is weird. So we don't sleep very close together now. But I read about it in the comments so it wasn't surprising. We went to Hawaii last year and we were there for about 8 days and I was so anxious to get home to my Sleep Number bed. We’ve told lots of people looking for bed to try the Sleep Number. We've also told them how patient they are and that they would let them come in and out and lay down on their bed in the middle of the showroom.

After speaking to my husband I called David and told him that we decided that the 360 smart bed would not be a good fit for me because I become overheated very easily and that the 360 is made with memory foam which is known to absorb heat. During our conversation David sounded as if he had never made that offer! David also informed me that he would replace our base and mattress, which we agreed upon. Then on October 6, 2017 our base and mattress was replaced minus some of the foam inserts. Unfortunately, the replacement foam for the duvet was once again, poorly manufactured and was neither level nor did it look like the foam insert that is displayed in the showroom.

For 6 years, we’ve had a regular Sleep Number bed that didn’t adjust. I was looking for something with a thicker mattress top on it because I’ve been having some back issues, so we purchased a whole new bed. They're very nice over there at Sleep Number. We got to interact again with John, the same gentleman who sold us our first one, so it was really good. We scheduled home delivery. They came in, set it up, and took out whatever they needed. They were professional and did what they needed to do. They moved the other bed upstairs to our spare room. Now our guests could sleep on one too. We had one issue though, so we called them and they helped me do some troubleshooting. They were very helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I love my Sleep Number bed. It’s worth the money to own one. We referred somebody and they purchased a new bed too. They are super excited.

I am upset with the fact that when I placed the order for the replacement part apparently the payment did not go through and no one contacted me to get this issue resolved; I had to contact the company again and to get resolution which means I have to wait even longer to my replacement chamber for a bed that is not usable. All the customer service reps I spoke to were very professional and helpful, I just feel like this problem just fell through the cracks. I expect better attention to detail especially with the money that goes into these beds initially. I would not purchase this type of bed again, easier to replace a regular mattress than to wait almost a week for a part!

Customer service with this company is terrible! Waited two weeks for bed to be delivered. Bed was delivered with a broken pump and delivery men didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us!!! When we discovered that we couldn’t even sleep on it we called right away. The driver had already put in a ticket for a new pump. Had to wait another week for the new pump. They could’ve told us and brought our other bed back upstairs. We were without a bed for seven days. The store did offer to give us an old pump that they had so we made a trip out to the store to get the old pump so we had something to sleep on. The customer service people were very rude. Not friendly at all. Just terribly rude. We decided to send the bed back because we were so unhappy with the customer service department. They picked up the bed and ended up charging us $189 to do it. What a joke!!!

We purchased three sets of sheets with our bed this year. All three sets are ripped now. I wouldn't have even bought this bed if I knew it would require over a $1,000 a year in new sheets. Absolute rip off.

I called because we were installing new floors and discovered that my box (spring) was broken. The person who helped me, Jasmine, was wonderful. She looked up my account, sent me a new box, all at no charge. That is customer service. I really like my Sleep Number bed!!!

My parents have a Sleep Number bed and they told us a lot of good things about it. When my boyfriend and I moved in together, we needed to get a new mattress and we realized that we didn’t like the same type of mattress we had so we figured that the Sleep Number would be best. We originally bought a queen-sized bed, which was the iLE mattress. But three weeks sleeping on it, we realized that we needed a bigger one so we exchanged it for a king-sized bed. Now we have the Classic bed.

The arrived on time explained the components as they set my bed up and synced my smartphone for the SleepIQ, tested all aspects and removed my old bedding in no time at all. I was impressed and do highly recommend the delivery service.

Plus I have to take off work and drive about 12 miles to find a UPS location! The store I could go when I'm shopping and after work! The bed I would actually give a 4 if it weren't for that. Also the frame-spend the extra and get the one that glides so you are both still next to each other when one side is elevated and the other isn't. Another misleading piece of information. Said we didn't need to purchase that option if we didn't have a headboard-made no difference for the dog. When one of us is elevated and the other isn't he falls between-not just down but I can't see my husband because he's 2-3 feet back. Hard to talk-hard to explain but believe me I'd rather have spent the extra there than on the dual mat!

I called the closest store and the items were not in stock. I called the store an hour away from me and I had to LEAVE A MESSAGE. I called 15 minutes later and still no one answered the phone. I love my Sleep Number bed. However, I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service as a result of my most recent order. The products are not cheap and I paid a lot of money with little to no assistance in return. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I called the customer service number to set up a return date being that the sales associate mentioned that it was fully refundable. To my surprise the young lady on the other line said I couldn't return the base of the bed. Now I ask how is that going to be of any use to me if I am not happy with the bed. Well the lady was very rude, I ask to speak to a manager and she kept me on hold for 30 min. It is unbelievable how I can't get anyone to help me with this problem. My recommendation is to stay away from SLEEP NUMBER!!!

We are big fans of the Sleep Number bed. I bought our first Sleep Number bed not long after we got married and we used that for nearly 30 years, and then we bought our second one. My sons also bought Sleep Number beds when they got married, and this was because of our recommendation. Recently, we purchased a little lake house and we bought three more Sleep Number beds for that house so that when people come to visit, they can sleep on a comfortable bed. Our interactions with the sales reps were excellent. We had the products shipped to the house and our experience has all been really good so we just keep buying from Sleep Number. We’ve recommended them to several other people.

After my bed was delivered, I played around with the lighting that night and could not get it to work when I exited my bed. I contacted customer service the next day to find out how to operate it. I waited on hold forever and finally was connected to an agent. She told me it was in my app, but I could not locate it. She put me on hold several times and then we were disconnected. Ugh!!! I had to leave for work so called back again later. After another long wait, I was finally told that the iLE FlexFit 3 base had the light, but that it did not go off and come on automatically, as I was told it would. You had to use your remote or phone to turn it on/off. I was so frustrated that customer service did not know this the first time I called and I was even more frustrated that I was told by a salesman that this was the case, as that is what I based my final decision on.

My partner purchased a king adjustable bed in 2004 to 05. It has always lost some air. The foam sides of the bed are breaking down and need replacing, the adjustable base always gives problems and the bed leaks air. Called service on Oct 31, 2017 to explain the problem and asked for service under the 25 year warranty. After 25 minutes with the chat person I was told she would send an invoice for the parts needed and as soon as they received payment the parts and instructions would be sent (Warranty?). I explained that I never had a warranty where it was do it yourself. The chat individual did not offer a service call.

I went to the Sleep Number store in Plano on Dallas Pkwy and a lady helped me and picked a pillow for me. I told her I don't know which one to pick. I came here to get an expert to help me. She recommended a pillow for me when I took it home to sleep on it was horrible. I woke up in the middle night from back pains. I was in pain. First chance I got I went back to store and told another employee of Sleep Number and she said sorry, recommended another pillow to me. The second one hurt my neck. I went back the next day and William an English guy was rude and horrible to me. He needs to be trained how to talk to customers.

I recently purchased a C2 Sleep Number mattress. I absolutely hate it. I called to return it as I was told would be no problem. They will not return it for 30 days. This bed is extremely uncomfortable and killing my back. Furthermore, I was told when I purchased if I did not like it I could return it and get my money back, expect the delivery fee. I find that fair, now I was told they will charge me an additional $179.99 to pick it up. This is absolutely unfair!!! I will never deal with this company again!!!

I don't want credit toward the purchase of another bed that cost twice as much as it did when I bought it. It's had no rough use and never anything sharp in the bed at all so there is no good reason for it to leak. I could have replaced my bed three times for what I paid for this one. Not the best investment I ever made. Purchased in Independence MO under my husband's name, Paul **, about 12 or 13 years ago.

Outstanding service. Could not of ask for anything more. Very professional. Would highly recommend to everyone. The store and home delivery team were very kind... Knowledgeable... patient, answered every question we had and spend the time with us. That was needed for us to get our questions answered. Was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend considering a Sleep Number bed. Best night for a wonderful night of sleep.

My property was damaged during delivery. I immediately filed a claim. Almost 2 month later customer service is not taking care of anything. I'm getting a run around from one to the other. While the product is very good, the customer service does not live up to the product quality and price.

I walked into one of the Sleep Number stores in Yonkers, NY to look at beds. After asking a lot of questions and trying out a few beds my husband and I decided to purchase the i7 which the sales associate glorified. We waited about 2-3 weeks for delivery and that wasn't a problem. When we received the bed we made all the adjustments that were necessary and thought we were ready for the best sleep of our lives. We were completely wrong, the bed was very uncomfortable.

Purchased top of the line mattress with adjustable frame maybe 2.5 years ago. Had become very uncomfortable over time with both of us rolling to the middle of the bed. Took FOREVER on the telephone to schedule a service call about a month out. Quoted $189 service call cost (they didn’t mention that when purchased). Thought there was a lifetime warranty. Anyhow, servicemen not very knowledgeable, but did note that interior foam was ripped and said replacement would be shipped. This did not happen. (It has now been several months).

In a nutshell, the delivery team was great. They came in and they were efficient and very pleasant. They explained everything to us and the delivery was perfect. So far, the quality of the new Sleep Number bed that we purchased has been good. We got the model where the legs and the back lift up, but we have been having issues with the bottom part of the adjustable bed portion. A service guy came out and replaced a part, but we're still waiting for another part to come in because the bed is only functioning partially. That aside, the company was fair and efficient and our new Sleep Number bed is very comfortable. We're second-time buyers, so that has got to say something for the product.
