Introduction to Microscopes and Objective Lenses - objectives of the microscope
Deformable mirrors can be driven with 20 or 40-ch HV amplifier modules that can be combined to any number of channels. Our PC interface relies on inexpensive PC-based hardware (USB, Ethernet, and PCI) supported by major operation systems including all brands of Windows and Linux.

This table provides a short summary of the specification of the most popular models of our deformable mirrors (for PDMs, the values are given for the maximum voltage of 400V).
We offer flexible modular adaptive optical systems with 19 to 109 control channels with mirror apertures 15 to 50mm. Deformable mirrors for laser applications can be coated with bare metals such as Aluminum, Silver, and Gold. We also manufacture deformable mirrors for high power laser applications. These mirrors feature 99.99% reflectivity for a chosen wavelength. We also manufacture deformable mirrors for ultrafast lasers, with 98% broadband metal/dielectric coatings for 550-1000nm, centered at 800nm. UV-enhanced can be coated with protected aluminum, optimized for 266 to 350nm range. Other types of coatings are available on request. OKO laser deformable mirrors have been tested inside the resonator of a solid-state laser, with optical loads of up to 40 kW.
The systems we offer use Piezoelectric Deformable Mirrors (PDM) and Micromachined Membrane Deformable Mirrors (MMDM). FrontSurfer wavefront control system is used as a wavefront sensor and AO feedback controller.
