Cooper lighting
While I love some of the features, the main thing that made me want to buy 2 lights for my reef tank was the advertised feature of being able to have sound accompany the weather feature. This doesnât exist. I was told from a representative of Current that the sounds could be played through any Bluetooth device. However, there is zero capability on the app for sound. Also, I bought 2 lights because I was told that having 2 would boost my light to the correct PAR for SPS. My SPS are struggling. As far as the app - it is user friendly and clean but if my phone is upstairs the programming on the lights doesnât work. The Bluetooth doesnât turn on until Iâm near the lights. That means, all programmed settings are now manual. Unless I leave my phone at home during the day and next to my tank. With a little more work on the app and a little better LEDâs this brand of lights could be amazin.
I set up the times for sunrise, daylight,Sunset and moonlight but I find that it doesnât change on the time set. Am I doing something wrong? What do I do?
PS: I use mainly a Tamron 17-70 f2.8, Sony 70-350 and Samyang 12 f2 manual. Also have (but not use much) a viltrox 23 f1.4 and sony 50 F1.8.

For playing around a little bit with that, could you recommend me a cheap entry-level macro lens? And which focal length should I look into? Also, due to the kind of photography I make, I do not own any external flash as I always hike light, will I need one just for starting? I don't mind if it's fully manual.

Very disappointed with this system for one reason, and itâs a big one. The light program features simply donât work, they donât stay on schedule, they just kinda screw me over honestly. Kinda wish I would have looked into other lights more. The lightning is cool, but not too useful when the program settings are a joke.
I own a Sony a6400 and do mainly travel and landscape photography. I've recently joined this subreddit and after seeing many pics from you guys, I'm getting curious (and inspired) about macro photography and wanna try it out myself!
