An anti-reflection (AR) coating is a type of optical coating applied to the surface of optical filters and other optical elements to reduce reflection. In typical imaging systems, this improves efficiency since less light is lost due to reflection. In complex systems such as telescopes and microscopes, the reduction in reflections also improves the contrast of the image by elimination of stray light. This is especially important in planetary astronomy. In other applications, the primary benefit is the elimination of the reflection itself.

These include active stress management, healthy diet and lifestyle habits, and targeted nutrition support.

Identifying potential stressors, monitoring physiological and psychological changes, and intervening with stress management techniques are crucial steps to addressing stress in a healthy and effective manner.

Stress is ubiquitous. How we respond to it and cope with it depends on our resiliency as well as our perception of that stress. The stress response allows us to adapt to our environment, in some cases challenging or “fighting” a potential adversary, and in some cases wisely fleeing that adversary or negative stressor (“flight”).
