Lower energy requirements equate to far lower energy bills for you. It also means that they’re much kinder to the environment too, reducing your carbon footprint.

When you buy any panel from our mirrored range, you’re covered by our 14 day home trial period. We understand that when buying online, items don’t always turn out to be what you thought.

What this means is that you can have refreshing heat that feels like you’re stood outside on a summer’s day, whilst making sure you look good before you head out for that party, or for having one last check in the hallway before you leave your home.

Multiplying the volume by the recommended wattage per cubic metre will give you the total wattage requirement for the room, allowing you to then decide how many panels you want.

At a basic level then, IR panels heat objects rather than the air – and it takes far less energy to heat surface area than it does volume of air.

Conventional radiators are obvious when you see them – they’re limited by the fact that they operate through piping and have to be placed on a wall along the floor somewhere.

Poorly insulated buildings will need around 30W per m3, moderately insulated homes will need 25W per m3 and well insulated homes will only need 20W per m3.

You may have some difficulty figuring out just how many panels you need for any given room, considering how new infrared heating technology is.

Data jammer cloaking window film is most effective when viewing a display that is parallel to the glass where the technology is installed. Data Jammer should appear completely opaque when viewed from directly in front of the display and the display is at eye level. To an observer moving past the conference room at an acute angle or viewing a display at table level, Data jammer film will appear less opaque. This light leakage may make displays partially visible while still providing confidentiality.

Iroptics

Our IR panels don’t suffer from this problem, as you can place them anywhere you want. Not only that, but they don’t look like heaters – and our mirrored IR panels showcase this really well.

They’re perfect for use in a bedroom or a hallway, with our best selling panel providing a solid 700W of infrared heat from the 600 x 1200mm sized frame.

Perfect for glass-walled conference rooms, meeting rooms or shared workspaces, this polarizing film ensures data security by creating a blackout effect on LCD or Plasma screens to anyone viewing in from outside a room, whilst allowing those inside the room to clearly see the data on screen.

Then, you can estimate how well insulated your home is depending on when it was built. As a guide, homes built before 1930 will be poorly insulated, those built between 1930 and 1980 will be moderately insulated, and homes built after 1980 will be well insulated.

One of the major advantages that infrared heating has over convection radiators is that IR panels can blend in with their surroundings.

We highly recommend you purchase the A4 sample card prior to placing your order as this product is made to order & non refundable. In order to define the appropriate orientation to install the film on a glass surface, you first need to see the room you want to protect from the outside and try the orientation options : A, B, C, D. (See photo) B & D are not the most common/recommended. The direction in which you need to place the film can vary depending on the display technology (LED or LCD). In certain cases, the Data Jammer doesn’t work, that’s why a test at first is necessary.

Data jammer window film is used as a film for glass walls and office windows. This cloaking window film is designed to obscure computer monitors and digital screens to outside view, it is typically applied as a band across glazed partitions to cover the eye-height region.. The primary benefit of data jamming cloaking window film is that it adds an invisible layer of privacy against screens, helping protect sensitive data and confidential information in open office environments. Cloaking window film is an ideal choice for governments, healthcare facilities, and corporate offices with large windows and glass walls.

For this reason, you can try it and if you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your panel to us for a full refund or exchange within a further 14 days.

Of course, another major plus point about infrared heating is that it’s far cheaper to run compared to electric convection heaters.

Fundamentally, this is because of how infrared heating works. Instead of using convection current to heat the air around it like a typical convection heater, it fires out a series of infrared beams around the room that heat the objects that the beams hit.

The great thing about this panel is that you can mount it on a wall using the brackets and screws that are supplied in the box. You can mount it in landscape or in portrait orientation, depending on whether you prefer to have a full body length mirror or not.

In actual fact, the method for working this out is simpler than you might imagine. It just requires a measuring tape, a calculator, and some knowledge of how well insulated your home is.

Our bespoke Mirrored Infrared Heating Panels here at Surya Infrared Systems not only keep you warm with healthy, safe heat, they also let you check out how good you’re looking before you head out too!

All panels can be wall or ceiling mounted using either the Suspension Kit or Ceiling Brackets. Glass & Mirror panels can only be wall mounted.

To anyone who was none the wiser, it would simply appear as a mirror on the wall, but in reality it would provide healthy infrared heat.

By measuring the length, width and height of the room in question in metres, you can calculate the volume in m3 by multiplying the 3 numbers together.
