Application:  UV-EXTREME is designed to replace conventional solvent based finishes and as such should be sprayed or applied with a high quality nylon brush.   Stir gently so as not to create air bubbles and then strain.  Do not over-apply.  Thin coats are better than heavy coats.  Product should not go on looking milky.  If it does you have applied too much and dry time will be lengthened substantially.

Dry Time: UV-EXTREME is designed to dry to sand at 75 F in less than 60 minutes.  Re-coat immediately after sanding.  It is safest to apply no more than 2-3 coats per day.  Product must be completely dry before another coat is applied.  Maximum hardness occurs after 7 days.

UV-EXTREME is the ultimate in exterior UV protection for doors and windows.  Its unique acrylic blended urethane system offers excellent stability in exposed environments.  A very flexible yet hard film stands up to the weather fluctuations without becoming brittle.  Can be used over many different substrates and is available in several colors as well as clear.  This is a designed three coat system using any combination of colors and clears to achieve the desired look.  User friendly and easily maintainable makes this the clear choice for exterior applications.
