The UV1628CM 16mm C-Mount style quartz lens with a minimum working distance of 63.7mm at 300nm with an adjustable aperture of F/2.8 -16 and adjustable focus both with locking screws.

Light blockout films have a visible light transmission of less than 1%.  This means they effectively block out daylight or artificial light through the window or lightbox, and are totally opaque.

Exterior application may be necessary in certain circumstances from an access point of view or to prevent undue heating up of the window units from the sun, reducing any risk of unit failure through seal breakdown or thermal fracture.

The two films offered are white/black (adhesive on the black face) or black/white (adhesive on the white face), and can be installed to the inside face of the window or lightbox, or to the exterior face..

They can also be used in conjunction with a heat or glare control film to improve its performance by effectively diffusing the light, in addition to the glare control already provided. However this will convert the film to a 24 hour privacy film and you will not be able to see out through the window. That is, they will convert the glazing from transparent to translucent.

These Light Diffuser films can be used as specialist privacy films to give even more effective privacy than a standard privacy film.  They are white and come in two densities - 30% light transmission (denser) or 60% light transmission (less dense) Light Blockout Films.

Some example uses would be to the windows of a museum display area to prevent any daylight coming through the glazing, or to the windows of a laboratory room or a theatre for the same effect.
