Attention to detail. Your patients will be thrilled with their eyewear and will have that “Wow!” experience when they receive their new glasses. Before an order is started, it is carefully reviewed to determine which base curve would be most appropriate for the Rx while also taking the frame curve into account. Post-surfacing inspection looks for any lens flaws or deviations from the given Rx. In finishing, screws are tightened, frames are aligned and adjusted for optimal fit before and after edging and mounting the lenses. Sunshine employs a multi-stage inspection process to ensure that you will receive lenses free of defects and other imperfections which might otherwise pass minimum inspection requirements at high-volume labs. That means less frustration for you and less time spent having to remake jobs.
