In order to use the subscription, you need to launch the customer who is installed on your PC. You will be asked to log in with your OKTA or Google Authenticator credentials.

Regarding the use of more advanced functions (access to connected vehicles, reprogramming and bidirectional diagnostics), you need to activate additional subscriptions to the technical documentation as these functions require access to Technical Bulletins (for reprogramming), troubleshooting procedures (for bidirectional programming in the case of DTC with documentary support) or user and vehicle tracking (for activities on connected vehicles).

You cannot run reprogramming of control modules that might be linked to official FCA Recall Campaigns. Because these activities are the manufacturer's responsibility and tied to tracking their completion, they are entrusted exclusively to the official FCA network.
