Die Kombination von Flüssiglinse und telezentrischem Objektiv mit koaxialer Einkopplung verhindert zum einen den Schattenwurf in den zu prüfenden Ebenen, zum anderen ist eine klare Kantendetektion aufgrund des kollimierten Beleuchtungsstrahlengangs möglich.
