The wireless FLC system (Fast Lamp Change) enables the UV lamps to be changed quickly and easily, minimising machine downtime. The UV lamp can be removed from the lamp unit in a few simple steps, so that the lamp can be changed in seconds. This also makes it easier to clean the lamp and reflector and ensures that the optimum radiation output is always available. This ensures environmentally friendly, energy-saving operation and a long service life for your UV system.

The product is designed for the European market and includes high quality components that truly stand out among all the variety of tungsten Fresnel lights available.

The Junior Fresnel 24K complies with the European CE safety standards. The fixture is provided with a 3 core power cable with earthing wire. Also, the ceramic lamp socket features insulated wiring to protect against the heat generated by the light bulb.

Every UV lamp undergoes extensive quality checks. Electrical parameters such as lamp voltage and specific output are carefully checked to ensure the highest technical standards and a long service life. This enables a long service life of up to 2,500 operating hours and offers maximum reliability and performance.

The Cinelight Junior Fresnel 24K is using a series of aluminum extrusions and aluminum corrosion castings for the housing to quickly dissipate the heat that comes from the light bulb therefore increasing the lamp's life. The amount of time needed for the fixture to cool down is reduced so it's easier to handle.

The high quality Fresnel lens with short focal length and wide angles increases the light output and delivers superior optical performance.  The adjustable focus from spot to flood makes it easy to obtain the desired intensity or beam width. The dual knob focusing mechanism located in front and back of the fixture helps to adjust the beam angle when lamp head is tilted up or down.

With the HotSwap concept, we offer a flexible solution for switching between UV and LED technology. This technology allows users to react to changing production requirements at any time and utilise the advantages of both technologies. The HotSwap system is compatible across all machines and enables maximum flexibility and performance in production.
