Adjustable Spotlights - Decor Lighting - adjustable spot light
Hygiene and sterility are indispensable during the production, processing, filling and packaging of food. Noblelight special light sources help optimise the filling processes, make them more energy-efficient and, above all, more environmentally friendly.
Light diffusersheet
UV light significantly reduces the number of germs on surfaces, whether during the filling of paste-like or liquid fresh produce, during the packaging of cheese and sausages or on conveyor belts.Disinfection with ultraviolet light is a cost-effective and, above all, eco-friendly alternative to frequently used chemical processes. Short-wave UVC radiation has an intensive bactericidal effect. Just a few seconds of intensive light on the surface of packaging materials is enough to dispose of microorganisms such as bacteria, yeast and fungi. The germ load on the surface of the packaging materials is partly reduced by up to 99.9% which substantially prolongs the shelf life of food like yoghurt, curd or milk.
Infrared heat is an innovative alternative to many processes in the packaging materials industry and foodstuff production. It has resolved many heating processes in an especially efficient and reliable manner. For example, glass bottles are pre-heated prior to filling using infrared emitters, so they won't burst when hot liquid is poured in. This saves an enormous amount of energy compared to conventional methods. Infrared emitters transmit heat without contact and only as long as is necessary. In this way, food is brought to the required temperature without being overheated. As they react very quickly, heating processes can be operated and controlled very well. This is important e.g. for the quality of many foods.Application examples:
