The clip-on book light is great. But the long, long power cord for the AC adapter is constantly twisting into smaller and smaller tangled lengths (like an old-time telephone headset cord before they added coils on the cord). This tangling then constantly tugs on the top of the light, making it very difficult to keep it in position on the book You should upgrade the power cord with a more flexible, tangle-free version.

Charger did not charge the Mighty Bright. I gave you 5 stars based on shipment alone not on the product as I don't know if it is your charger or my light. The interesting thing is when I plug a charger into the light that I know is not the right one and turn the light on, it lights up very bright just as it used to. If I leave it plugged in to charge and unplug it after 12 hours, nothing but a very dim light.Unfortunately, none of the chargers i have tried will charge the light.

Gifted a Mighty Bright to one of my piano students. I have had one for 10+ years and use it more and more as I age and light becomes more and more important...

Of course the adapter is great, but I’d like to comment on the service. It was the best. Initially ordered the incorrect adapter, and the fix was smoother than I could ever have hoped for. Many thanks, and we’ve had Mighty Brights for years after trying many other products. These are by far the best!

This is my second Mighty Bright light. I like them because you can plug them in, unlike lights of other brands that only work with batteries.

*Please also note this adapter is not for recharging. All Mighty Bright lights that are compatible with this adapter are NOT rechargeable lights.

Honestly, I don't know why it took me thirteen years to discover that there was a connection port in the light I purchased to read by. I was eating through batteries so quickly that I used the light less and less. Then, which removing my latest batch of dead batteries I spotted the hole. Now I don't have to worry about the cost of batteries. I don't have to worry about whether to use the bright or medium setting for the LEDs. I just plug, turn on, and read! Kudos to your Customer Service rep who was gracious enough to verify that the AC adaptor on your website was the correct one for my light. Such prompt and wonderful service. Even the shipping time was extremely faster than I expected. And don't get me started on the length of the cord!
